Abstract

Segmentasi citra merupakan bagian dari proses pengolahan citra yang memiliki kegunaan dalam pengambilan sebuah informasi dari citra seperti pencarian bagian mesin, pencarian manusia dan pencarian citra yang serupa. Secara umum, pendekatan segmentasi citra yang sering digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan intensitas, pendekatan warna dan pendekatan bentuk. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan peningkatan hasil segmentasi citra berupa pengurangan distorsi hasil segmentasi dengan menggunakan metode Otsu dan Fuzzy Clustering agar diperoleh citra yang lebih baik. Hasil pengujian segmentasi citra diperoleh nilai MSE yang terbaik adalah pada metode Otsu dengan nilai rata-rata MSE yaitu 2295,80 dan PSNR adalah 14,11 sedangkan untuk metode Fuzzy C Means 2313,23 dan nilai PSNR sebesar 13.70.

Abstract

The study scrutinised consequences of high population in teaching and learning of computer courses in Kwara State College of Education, Oro. The population for this study consisted of one hundred and twenty students of department of Computer Science, Kwara State College of Education Oro. Female students participated more in the study than the male students. Students between age brackets of 21 – 25 years have the highest frequency of respondents. Structured questionnaire was designed and used to collect data. The data gathered in section A of the questionnaire was analysed with frequency count and bar chart. The three formulated and tested alternative hypotheses were analysed with chi square statistical tool and all the three were accepted. The study exposed the negative consequences of overpopulated class in teaching and learning of computer courses.

Abstract

Mobile phone users, especially the Android version of the smartphone, are increasingly spoiling their users. It is undeniable that users do not know their age, even many children have an Android version of the smartphone to play with. Meanwhile, in the satellite tracking world, the satellite tracking is still using TV when tracking the satellite so that it feels difficult. ApplicationLow Noise Block Converter is a video view application from a receiver to an Android smartphone that was built to make it easier for tracking satellites to track one of the satellites that you want to lock. This application also includes satellite tracking information facilities such as tracking guides, frequency updates, and satellite location. ApplicationLow Noise Block Converterbuilt with the Android Studio application using the Java programming language. With the creation of the applicationLow Noise Block Converter seas a new alternative to replace TV as a satellite tracking device or monitoring tool.

Abstract

Raspberry pi minicomputer is a practical tool in terms of dimensions and has complex functions for various functional needs that will be used by humans as a microcontroller, server to digital images. Technological developments in the field of Internet of Things (IoT) and servers have brought enormous changes for many people. one of them is in the field of cafe service, with the e-waiter application it can provide many benefits for cashier services and cafe management, therefore the authors build a web server for e-waiter applications into IoT devices in the form of a Raspberry Pi.The purpose of this research is to build a useful application to facilitate cafe owners in running their business and controlling sales management.

Abstract

Ketersediaan alat presensi yang terbatas dan pengumpulan data kehadiran yang hanya bisa dilakukan pada alat presensi adalah salah satu dari kekurangan sistem. Ketergantungan sistem pada alat yang terbatas menjadi salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan,dan pengumpulan data kehadiran tidak dapat dilakukan apabila alat presensi rusak ataupun pada saat listrik padam. Aplikasi Fingerprint yang banyak digunakan sekarang ini ialah absensi menggunakan alat fingerprint yang diletakkan di setiap departemen ataupun fakultas. Sistem ini memiliki kekurangan yaitu ketersediaan alat fingerprint scanner yang terbatas, dan ketergantungan terhadap alat presensi. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini maka akan membuat proses presensi dan pengolahan data presensi semakin mudah dan efisien, sehingga dapat membantu memaksimalkan proses pengumpulan dan pengolahan data presensi.Kata Kunci : Aplikasi Fingerprint, absensi, GPS, android

Abstract

The number of cases of fires and accidents caused by the leakage and explosion of LPG gas cylinders is a frightening thing for most people who use LPG gas. There are various factors that cause explosions or fires on LPG, including leaks in gas hoses, gas cylinders or gas regulators that are not installed properly. In addition, the factor of human error (human error) can also be a factor in the explosion of LPG gas. One example is forgetting to turn off the stove after finishing cooking. As technology and IoT (Internet of Things) develop, an IoT (Internet of Things)-based Android application has been developed. This application can monitor and control gas stoves remotely. If there is a leak and fire on the gas stove, the IoT (Internet of Things) system can turn off the gas stove automatically or be controlled manually.Keywords : Android App, Microcontroller, Internet of Things, Wemos D1 Mini

Abstract

The historical location for the government is one of the important aspects in increasing tourist visits to become a tourist attraction. However, there are still obstacles faced by the government in terms of developing information, namely the ineffective and efficient information system available for tourists. manuals, such as presenting brochures, pamphlets, and posters for tourists visiting historical sites. This is not effective, even though many advanced technologies are available such as online searches and the use of map websites, but they often have difficulty finding the right place or other facilities in the city. Therefore, the researchers developed an android-based mobile application. By applying this choice of historical locations, tourists can immediately find out favorite historical locations of Aceh and routes or navigation to the location of objects, besides that this application also provides information on various kinds of historical objects in Aceh. With the application of the historical location of Aceh, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the public to obtain information related to the location and information of historical places in Aceh Province.Keywords: historical locations, android, web services, aceh, and tourists.
