Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara demokrasi, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya pemilihan presiden yang dilakukan setiap lima tahun sekali. Pada tahun 2024 Indonesia kembali akan melaksanakan pilpres, tentunya ini menjadi topik yang hangat diperbincangkan oleh masyarakat, khususnya mengenai bakal calon presiden yang akan mencalonkan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan klasifikasi tweet dan melakukan klasifikasi sentimen terhadap opini yang disampaikan oleh masyarakat melalui twitter. Model klasifikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan algoritma machine learning yaitu Naïve Bayes Classifier dan Support Vector Machine. Penelitian ini berfokus pada dua kandidat calon ­presiden yaitu Anies Baswedan dan Ganjar Pranowo. Dataset pada penelitian ini terdiri atas 3000 data tweet pada masing-masing dataset dengan pembagian kelas pada data yang tidak seimbang, dimana persentase distribusi untuk label positif sebesar 46.60%, netral sebesar 16.10 %, dan negatif sebesar 37.30% untuk dataset Anies Baswedan. Sementara pada dataset tokoh Ganjar Pranowo memiliki persentase distribusi untuk label positif sebesar 58.83%, netral sebesar 16.77%, dan negatif sebesar 24.40%. Hasil analisis menggunakan metode classification report menunjukkan nilai akurasi pada dataset Ganjar Pranowo memperoleh sebesar 92%, dan pada dataset Anies Baswedan memperoleh akurasi sebesar 87% menggunakan algoritma naïve bayes classifier. Sementara pada algoritma SVM diperoleh nilai akurasi sebesar 88% untuk dataset Anies Baswedan dan 82% untuk dataset Ganjar Pranowo. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut menjadikan algoritma naïve bayes classifier memiliki performa yang lebih baik daripada algoritma SVM dalam melakukan pengklasifikasian sentimen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, among others, is to analyse the Whole of Government in the development of investment in the tourism sector of Metro city, as well as in efforts to increase investment and development model of investment in the tourism sector of Metro city. The method in analyzing the data of this research uses descriptive qualitative and data collection techniques with interviews, literature reviews, document reviews, and field surveys so that it is rich in information in data collection. The results showed that Metro City has considerable potential in the tourism sector, so that the condition of the destination needs to be improved continuously and attractive promotion for tourists. In addition to the lack of competent human resources, as well as the whole of government that is still partial. There are four types of tourist destinations, in an effort to increase investment in the tourism sector, public service malls are a necessity for investors. The conclusion in this study is that the whole of government needs to be implemented by every OPD in the Metro City government, with the design of the tourism sector investment development model as an alternative input to overcome problems more comprehensively.
