Abstract

Desa Sukaresmi merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan yang memiliki luas wilayah ± 400 Ha. Pada tanggal 17 April 2021 akibat curah hujan yang cukup tinggi di wilayah Kabupaten Bekasi, sebanyak 56 warga mengungsi akibat rumahnya mengalami kerusakan dampak akibat pergerakan tanah / tanah longsor di Kampung Cicadas Desa Sukaresmi, Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan, Kabupaten Bekasi. Kajian ini menggunakan metode mix metodhs berupa metodekuantitatif dan kualitatif, untuk mendapatakn faktor penyebab, tingkat kerawanan, dan penggulangan dilakukan anlisis kondisi fisik hasil observasi lapangan, pembobotan nilai. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut pergerakan tanah di lokasi studi disebabkan oleh faktor topografi, karakter geologi, buruknya sistem drainase, serta curah hujan yang tinggi. Secara mekanisme pergerakan tanah ini terjadi karakter geologi lapisan batu lempung yang jenuh air menjadi lunak tidak bisa menahan beban dan akibat kemiringan batuan yang searah dengan lereng maka lapisan tersebut bergerak mengikuti arah lereng. Hasil pembobotan berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri PU No 22/PRT/2007, bahwa lokasi merupakan Zona Berpotensi Longsor Tipe C dengan kerawanan Sedang.

Abstract

Abstract Food security is a polemic that often occurs in various villages. The application of the Desa Mandiri Pangan is expected to be a solution to the limited availability of food in the village area, especially villages in Bekasi Regency. Data collection techniques and analysis of secondary data were carried out to obtain an index of village readiness in establishing an independent village food security program. The results of the analysis obtained that some villages have met the criteria for the application of Desa Mandiri Pangan program in Bekasi District. It is necessary to review the process of fulfilling the criteria in several villages so that Desa Mandiri pangan program in Bekasi District can be carried out as a whole. Abstract

Implementation of the roles and functions of BPP with the strengthening of BPP as a data and information center, a movement development center, a learning center, an agribusiness consulting center, and a partnership network development center. However, there are challenges in the agricultural sector in Bekasi Regency, namely the decreasing amount of agricultural land, population growth, land use change for agriculture, the growth of new housing, and others. Therefore, a study on the Optimization of the Role of Agricultural Extension Centers in Agricultural Development in Bekasi Regency is needed. This study uses a mixed methods approach, both quantitative and qualitative, and a participatory approach is used to obtain facts and problems as well as priority development sequences and input from various stakeholders to complement the analysis results. Agricultural Extension Centers in carrying out their roles and functions have several problems, including the lack of facilities and infrastructure of Agricultural Extension Centers (BPP) as an institution in agricultural empowerment, the lack of Human Resources (HR) in conducting agricultural extension activities, and the lack of budget in agricultural extension activities. The government must pay more attention to agricultural extension programs throughout Bekasi Regency, the role of extension workers in carrying out activities must be continuous, the things that should be the focus of development include facilities and infrastructure, Human Resources (HR), capacity building of agricultural extension workers, and costs or budgets as optimization of Agricultural Extension Centers in the development of Bekasi Regency.
