Abstract

Sistem pengendalian intern berperan sangat penting bagi tercapainya tujuan usaha secara efektif dan efisien. Dengan kata lain pengertian tersebut mengandung arti bahwa tujuan pengendalian intern menjamin pemakaian kekayaan pemakaian kekayaan perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan. Sistem pengendalian internal yang baik tidak dapat menjamin tidak adanya penyimpangan kecurangan dan pemborosan dalam suatu perusahaan, apabila orang-orang yang melaksanakan kegiatan tersebut tidak selalu bertindak sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. Satuan Pengawas Internal melakukan kegiatan pengawasan rutin pada setiap unit di ITB, termasuk di Direktorat Sarana dan Prasarana. Pengelolaan asset dalam hal ini menjadi fokus pengawasan dalam setiap kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan oleh Satuan Pengawas Internal ITB

Abstract

ABSTRACTTraditional medicine is a medicine that comes from nature which is derived from generation to generation and is use based on experience. The use of traditional medicine in the community is very dependent on the knowledge of the community it self, the better the knowledge of the community, the more utilization of traditional medicine. This research aims to find out the knowledge of the city of Banda Aceh on traditional medicine. The scope in this research is limited to traditional medicine in packaging. The research method was carried out descriptively using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The research was conducted on June 1 to July 2018 at the city health center in Banda Aceh. This research started The population is the entire adult population of the Banda Aceh amounting to 139.503 people with a sample of 399 respondents taken by quota sampling. The results showed that the knowledge of Banda Aceh on the benefits of traditional madicine was good (78%), knowledge of legality was sufficient (72%), knowledge of adequate doses (74%), knowledge of side effects was enough (74%) with average values 63% of enough categories. So, it can be concluded that the description of the knowledge of the people of the city of banda aceh about traditional medicine is included in the category enough.Keyword: knowledge, traditional medicine, community

Abstract

Hydroponic planting media is a planting medium that is currently increasingly popular among the community, with its advantages, namely that it does not require large areas of land because it does not use soil media to plant it but uses water media. Farming using hydroponic techniques has drawbacks, namely the need for persistence to be able to control plant nutrients, water pH, and sufficient water volume so that plants can grow properly. The purpose of this research is how to make a water pH control system, filling water reservoirs, automatic provision Arduino-based nutritional fluids so that it can help facilitate the cultivation process with this hydroponic media. Fuzzy logic helps overcome the intrinsic vagueness of human thinking patterns and natural language, so that it can help understand and respond to unclear human concepts such as heat, cold, big, small, and others. This research begins with the process of designing a tool using Arduino Mega 2560, Logo pH Sensor v1.1, 100 psi DC 12 V 3.5 A pump, and a 12 V DC diaphragm pump, then the process of testing the tool using planting media and yielding a success value of 100% for the water level controller, 80% for the nutrient control, and 75% for the PH control system with an average success value of 85% with the experimental mass for 2 weeks using kale.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the students' mathematical reasoning abilities in solving TIMSS cognitive domain reasoning problems in algebraic content in terms of the student’s thinking style of the students. The type of research is a qualitative research study with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this research consisted of one student who representing each of the concrete sequential thinking styles. The instrument of this research used consisted of thinking style questionnaires, mathematical reasoning ability test questions, and interview guidelines. The results of this study indicate that: SK thinking style subjects are able to meet four indicators of mathematical reasoning ability, namely: a) the ability to make guesses, b) the ability to draw conclusions, arrange evidence, provide reasons or evidence for the truth of the solution, c) the ability to draw the validity of an argumen, and d) the ability to find patterns or the nature of mathematical symptoms to make generalizations.

Abstract

Classification is a job of assessing data objects to include them in a particular class from a number of available classes. The classification method used is the k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) methods. The data used in this study is data on poverty in Papua with the category of the number of low/high level poor people. Of the 29 regencies/cities that were sampled, 15 regencies/cities represent the number of low-level poor people and 14 districts/cities are the number of high-level poor people. The results of the analysis obtained are the k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) method with a value of k=15 producing an accuracy of 58.62%, while the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method with Parameter cost = 1 using the RBF kernel produces an accuracy value. by 93.1%. The classification criteria to find the best method is to look at the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) which states that the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method is better than the k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) method.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discover how to improve PKn learning outcomes using the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) cooperative learning method. STAD is a Cooperative Learning approach that emphasizes activities and interactions between students in order to motivate and assist one another in mastering the subject matter. This study employs three action research cycles, each of which has four stages: design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. Formative test results and observation sheets of teaching and learning activities were used to collect data. The results showed that there was an increase from cycle I to cycle III, with cycle I increasing by up to 68.2 percent, cycle II increasing by up to 81.58 percent, and cycle III increasing by up to 94.74 percent. As a result, for the 2018-2019 school year, the STAD cooperative learning method can have a positive effect on the achievement and learning motivation of Class V students at SDN 8 Darul Hikmah. As a result, this learning model can be used as an alternative for Civics education

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Cyberbullying merupakan tindakan bullying dimana media elektronik digunakan sebagai wadah untuk mengintimidasi seseorang. Perilaku cyberbullying dapat pengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti faktor individu, keluarga, teman, Harga diri/Pengendalian diri dan penggunaan media sosial. Tujuan: untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor perilaku cyberbullying dengan penggunaan media sosial pada remaja. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2022 di SMAN 6 Lhokseumawe. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI dan XII SMA Negeri 6 Lhokseumawe sebanyak 125 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik chi-square dan regresi logistic. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terhdapat hubungan yang signifikan (p<0,05) diantaranya faktor penggunaan media sosial (p=0,02), faktor harga diri/pengendalian diri (p=0,04). Sedangkan variabel yang tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (p>0,05) diantaranya faktor individu (p=0,06), faktor teman (p=0,08), faktor keluarga (p=0,24). Hasil analisis regresi logistik melalui empat tahap pemodelan, menunjukan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perilaku cyberbullying adalah faktor harga diri/pengendalian diri (p=0,05;OR=0,46) dan faktor penggunaan media sosial (p=0,00;OR=3,19). Berdasarkan nilai Odds Ratio (OR) maka variabel yang paling berpengaruh tehadap perilaku cyberbullying pada remaja adalah faktor penggunaan media social dengan nilai (OR=3,19). Kesimpulan: Dengan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku cyberbullying, orang tua dan pihak-pihak terkait dapat dicegah sejak dini.

Abstract

Dalam ilmu sharaf ada bermacam-macam bentuk dalam pembelajarannya, salah satunya adalah membahas tentang isim musytaq. Adapun isim musytaq dibagi menjadi sembilan isim yaitu: isim masdar, isim fail, isim shifah musyabahah, isim shighah mubalaghah, isim tafdhil isim maf’ul, isim zaman, isim makan, dan isim alat. Kebanyakan dari kita tidak mengetahui bentuk-bentuk isim shighah mubalaghah. Kepentingan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai alat untuk menambah pengetahuan bagi peneliti khususnya dan bagi para pembaca pada umumnya tentang isim shighah mubalaghah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui isim shighah mubalaghah apa saja yang terdapat pada Surah Al-Hasyr. Bentuk penelitian ini berupa kajian kepustakaan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dan penelitian ini menganalisis ilmu sharaf tentang isim musytaq, yaitu isim shighah mubalaghah. Cara yang digunakan peneliti untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan mengidentifikasi isim shighah mubalaghah di dalam Al-Qur’an Surah Al-Hasyr Ayat 1-24. Kemudian menganalisisnya dengan teknik analisis lafazhnya. Terdapat 29 (dua puluh sembilan) isim shighah mubalaghah dalam Al-Qur’an Surah Al-Hasyr.

Abstract

Tanaman waru (Hibiscus tiliaceus L) merupakan salah satu tanaman yang memiliki banyak khasiat. Kandungan yang terdapat pada daunnya seperti saponin, flavonoid, polifenol, Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Natrium, Zat besi dan Kalsium. Kandungan tersebut dapat merangsang pertumbuhan rambut menjadi lebih cepat dan menjaga kesuburan pada rambut. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakterisasi sediaan Hair Tonic yang diformulasikan dari ekstrak etanol daun waru (Hibiscus tiliaceus L) pada variasi konsentarasi ekstrak 2% (F1), 3% (F2) dan 4% (F3). Parameter uji meliputi organoleptis, pH dan uji iritasi pada hari ke-0; ke-1; ke-7; ke-14; ke-21 dan ke-28 pada penyimpanan suhu kamar. Penelitian ini bersifat ekperimental dengan memformulasikan ekstrak etanol daun waru (Hibiscus tiliaceus L) kedalam bentuk sediaan hair tonic. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sediaan hair tonic berupa larutan jernih, berwarna kecoklatan sampai coklat kehijauan, aroma khas ektstrak. Nilai pH 5 – 6. Sediaan tidak mengiritasi kulit setelah penggunaan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun waru (Hibiscus tiliaceus L) dapat diformulasikan kedalam bentuk sediaan Hair tonic

Abstract

Abstract The role of human resource internal audit in assessing the performance of Fesyenindo company employees is very important and is a series of processes and techniques where employees need assurance of the accuracy of performance information. Human Resources Audit is a comprehensive assessment of the Human Resources program. Employee Performance Assessment is the result obtained from employee activities in accordance with the work and performance standards that have been set. The results of human resource audits of employees that have been carried out show that the rules set by the company have been implemented properly. With the existence of an internal audit of human resources in the company can remind employee performance. However, there are still some weaknesses in evaluating employee performance that are still not in accordance with applicable regulations and must be corrected.
