Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategic management carried out by the Sukaluyu Village This research aims to determine the strategy used by the Karawang Regency Regional Government in implementing the Karawang Cerdas Scholarship Program which started in 2019. The strategy in the Karawang Cerdas Scholarship Program is a benchmark for the results of implementing the program, so it is important to examine a program through a strategy that is used in the policy program. This type of research is research with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis methods or research that seeks to analyze social life by describing the social world from the perspective or interpretation of individuals (informants) in a scientific setting. The research design in this study is to use an instrumental case study research design to be able to find out and understand the issues and phenomena being studied. The research results show that the strategic management carried out by the Regional Government in the Karawang Cerdas Scholarship Program is based on Fred R. David's strategic management theory, namely 1) strategy formulation; the program has clear objectives and legal basis, 2) strategy implementation; optimizing information distribution by implementing active socialization, 3) strategy evaluation; implementation of new web systems, evaluation of promotional strategies, double checking prospective recipient data. The focus of this research is in Karawang Regency with the focus of research on implementation strategies for the Karawang Cerdas Scholarship Program carried out by the Regional Government of Karawang Regency.

Abstract

Yanlik Smart is a website that focuses on public services through public satisfaction surveys to improve public services in Purwakarta Regency. Therefore, Yanlik Smart is here to help monitor the extent of public services provided by Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) through public satisfaction surveys. The features in Yanlik Smart are home, OPD, achievements, monitoring and evaluation, and login. Challenges in implementing Yanlik Smart include admin changes in OPDs, server downtime, and service recipients who do not understand the Yanlik Smart filling process, as well as some people who do not have smartphones to fill out surveys digitally. The purpose of this study is to analyze the urgency of Yanlik Smart in public services in Purwakarta Regency, so this study focuses on whether Yanlik Smart is appropriate or not as a tool in improving public services in Purwakarta Regency. The research method is a qualitative method with a case study design. The results of this study indicate that Yanlik Smart is aligned with the regional development vision, has a clear institutional structure, and is supported by information technology-based strategies and policies. Although specific regulations regarding this system are not yet available, its implementation remains guided by broader regulations. In addition, regular monitoring and evaluation are required because human resource readiness is an important factor in the success of Yanlik Smart implementation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan kemiskinan di suatu daerah. Dampak kemiskinan tidak hanya berkutat pada sektor kesehatan atau menyerang pada keburukan individu manusia melainkan juga kelompok sosial yang cakupannya besar dan luas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini mempunyai alasan bahwa permasalahan yang diteliti oleh penulis sangat kompleks. Ketidaksesuaian antara das sollen (potensi alam dan industri yang melimpah) dengan das sein (kemiskinan ekstrim) yang terjadi di Kabupaten Karawang, menjadikan pemerintah untuk mampu melahirkan solusi yang inovatif guna menanggulangi permasalahan kemiskinan ekstrim yang menyebar di beberapa desa di Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini didasari oleh skema Collaborative Governace dalam penanggulangan ekstrim kemiskinan di Kecamatan Kutawaluya Kabupaten Karawang.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya Arkeologi atau benda cagar budaya di Indonesia sendiri sudah dilindungi oleh hukum yang dilandasi oleh UU No.11 Tahun 2010 Tentang Cagar Budaya. Segala bentuk peraturan, tata kelola, peran serta dan tanggung jawab pengelolaan sumber daya Arkeologi pun sudah diatur dalam undang-undang tersebut. Namun patut disayangkan bahwa peraturan atau undang-undang yang memiliki nada bunyi sangat indah mengenai alunan cita-cita bangsa terhadap sisa – material kebudayaan – peradaban bangsa, tidak sejalan dengan praktek lapangan yang terjadi. Situs Cagar Batujaya menjadi prioritas pelestarian sejak ditemukan pada tahun 1984 oleh tim dari Jurusan Arkeologi Universitas Indonesia (berdasarkan informasi warga) yang saat itu sedang meneliti situs Cibuaya. peninggalan bersejarah ini dari Kerajaan Tarumanegara abad ke-5 Masehi.
