Abstract

ABSTRACT Data for 2022 shows that of the 40 children who took part in immunization activities, only 10 were successful, and in 2023 immunization will decrease from 30 babies, only 6 babies are immunized. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge and attitudes and the completeness of basic immunization in the Simpang Teritit health center working area in 2023. The research method is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The research sample was mothers who had babies. The sampling technique was Total Sampling, data analysis used the chi-square test. The results of the research showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and completeness of basic immunizations for babies, with a P-value of 0.01 (P ≤ 0.05). The results of the research showed that there was a relationship between attitude and completeness of basic immunizations for babies, with a P-value of 0.01 (P ≤ 0.05). The public should seek information about immunization, because complete immunization is very important for children, not to cure but to prevent deadly diseases.Keywords : Knowledge, Attitude, Basic Immunization

Abstract

ABSTRACTMaternal mortality rate (MMR) is a health problem for pregnant women in Indonesia,including in Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh Province in 2023. Data in Aceh province put the risk of death during pregnancy and childbirth at around 201/100,000 births. This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of young pregnant women (14-20 years) with high-risk events in pregnant women in the working area of Pukesmas Bandar, bandar district, bener meriah regency in 2023. The type of research used is quantitative and cross-sectional design. with a total sample of 48 pregnant women in the Pukesmas Working Area of the city, city sub-district. The results showed that the characteristic variables of pregnant women had significant knowledge with variables of high-risk events in pregnant women at a significant level of 0.003, attitudes with variables of high-risk events in pregnant women at a significant level of 0.003. These results conclude that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes with high-risk pregnancies in pregnant women in the Pukesmas Bandar Working Area, Bandar District. It is recommended to government institutions in Bener Meriah district to intensely conduct counseling to the community, especially about the high risk for pregnant women by often giving to pregnant women about the dangers of high risk during pregnancy or conducting health checks for pregnant women. Abstract

ABSTRACT Maternal nutritional status plays an important role in the continuity and success of a pregnancy. Disturbances in nutritional intake during pregnancy cause chronic diseases, namely Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED). Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) shows that the prevalence of CED in pregnant women in the world reaches 41%. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes about nutritional status and the incidence of chronic energy deficiency (KEK) in pregnant women at the Simpang Tiga Community Health Center, Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency. The type of research used is quantitative with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women who came to the Simpang Tiga Health Center, Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency, 31 pregnant women, the total sample was 31 people using the total sampling method. The analysis used is the Chi-square test. The results show that there is a relationship between nutritional knowledge and the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women (p=0.019), there is a relationship between nutritional attitudes and the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women (p=0.005). Conclusion: Pregnant women can increase their antenatal care visits to reducing the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women. Keywords : Knowledge, Attitude, KEK
