Abstract

New student admission activities are routine activities carried out by schools in every new school year. Elementary School 3 Rukti Basuki was established in 1978, and school conditions have not changed yearly, especially in the new student admission section. Students who want to register will be asked to come to school and then fill out a form, which will take more time and energy. This system is designed to process new student admissions, increase the efficiency of school administration, and provide convenience for prospective students and parents in accessing information without having to come. This system also allows prospective students and parents to complete application forms online and monitor and receive real-time notifications. This study is that the use of website-based technology in the new student admissions process at school can be an effective solution to reduce the administrative burden and improve the experience of prospective students and parents

Abstract

UPTD Elementary School 3 Rukti Basuki was established in 1978, and school conditions have not changed from year to year, especially in the library section. With the research at Elementary School 3 Rukti Basuki, this research aims to create a desktop-based library information system application. This application seeks to maximize the function of information technology available in the library, facilitate data management into information in the form of reports, and reduce the use of paper (books), which are still used to record circulation in the library. Information technology in this library is essential because of the increased number of people working there. Implementing good information technology in the library will make information management easy and fast.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine whether the implementation of LW Napai-STEM learning can enhance students' creative thinking (CT) and communication skills. The research method used is a quasi-experimental approach using a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The N-gain of creative thinking skills tested using the Independent Sample t-Test with a significance level of 5% obtained a Sig. (2 tailed) value of 0.01 <0.05. The average N-gain in the experimental class was 0.56 in the "moderate" category while the control class was 0.29 in the "low" category. This shows that there is a significant influence of the implementation of STEM learning based on local wisdom of napai (LW-STEM) on students' creative thinking skills and the effect size is categorized as large. The conclusion of this study is that STEM learning based on local wisdom of napai (LW-STEM) has an effect on students' creative thinking and communication skills, both oral and written. Pembelajaran STEM berbasis Kearifan Lokal Napai (LW-STEM) untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berpikir Kreatif dan Komunikasi Siswa ABSTRAK: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pembelajaran LW Napai-STEM dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif (CT) dan komunikasi siswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan quasi-eksperimental melalui desain penelitian non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest. N-gain kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang diuji menggunakan uji Independent Sample t-Test dengan taraf signifikansi 5% didapatkan nilai Sig. (2 tailed) 0,01 < 0,05. Rerata N-gain pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,56 dalam kategori “sedang” sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,29 dalam kategori “rendah”. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan implementasi pembelajaran STEM berbasis kearifan lokal napai(LW-STEM) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa serta effect size berkategori besar. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran STEM berbasis kearifan lokal napai (LW-STEM) berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan komunikasi baik lisan maupun tertulis siswa.
