Abstract

In the educational context, the advancement of artificial intelligence technology, such as Qalam AI, brought significant positive impacts due to its ability to analyze morphological (sharf) and syntactic (nahw) patterns within Arabic sentences. However, this potential must be complemented by teachers' competencies in validating the results of Qalam AI's analysis of Arabic texts. This study explored students' perceptions of integrating Qalam AI and teacher competencies in Arabic reading instruction. This study used a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was a convenience sampling method with 150 participants selected from various educational institutions. The data collection technique involved questionnaires. The effectiveness questionnaire assessed five key indicators: ease of learning, material comprehension, student satisfaction, interest and motivation, and learning activity. The validity test of this research used Pearson product-moment, and the reliability test used Cronbach's alpha formula. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability using SPSS 24. The validity and reliability tests of the instrument showed that each statement was valid and reliable. The research results indicated students "agree" that integrating Qalam AI and teacher competencies could facilitate understanding of the material and enhance learning activities. Additionally, it showed students "strongly agree" that this integration could simplify learning, provide satisfaction, and increase student interest and motivation. Therefore, it could be concluded that integrating Qalam AI technology and teacher competencies could be utilized in the educational context, particularly in the teaching and learning processes such as reading instruction.

Abstract

The study of Arabic textbooks is considered important because it relates to the content of material contained in the book. The Arabic language textbook for Madrasah Aliyah class XII by Dr. Hidayat was compiled based on the Madrasah Curriculum issued by the minister of religion of the Republic of Indonesia in 2013, which the author made as the object of study in this thesis. While a good Arabic language book can be assessed from the four aspects of the book assessment initiated by the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP), namely aspects of content, presentation, language and graphics. This research is a type of literature research using a qualitative approach. The collection process is carried out with documentation techniques. While, the data analysis that the writer uses in this research is content analysis. The results showed that the Arabic language textbook for Madrasah Aliyah class XII by Dr. Hidayat is suitable to be used as a school textbook, because from the aspect of content feasibility it’s know that the textbook is included in the fairly decent category, in the aspect of presentation feasibility it’s know that the textbook is included in the less appropriate category. Very feasible, and from the aspect of the feasibility of the graphics in this textbook, it’s know that this textbook is included in the category that is quite worthy

Abstract

This research is determined on the knowledge of the relationship between the singing method and the pronunciation of letters in learning Arabic for students from the Arabic Language Center, Walisongo, Cukir, Jombang. And the research curve of this study is: researchers used here as a quantitative curve. Methods of collecting data by testing, questionnaires, and risks. As for the search results, we can see the following: (1) Applying the singing method in the Arabic language center by using vocabulary songs (2) the accuracy of the pronunciation of letters in learning Arabic is the accuracy of the students in speaking Arabic (3) the relationship between the methods singing with the accuracy of the pronunciation of letters in learning Arabic is 0.710. This value is 0.05 So H0 accept and Ha is rejected.

Abstract

This study presents the Amtsilati method as a provision in the study of the yellow book at the Al-Aqobah Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Kwaron, Diwek, Jombang. The purpose of this research is to describe the Amtsilati learning methods as the provision of the study of the yellow book by the students. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach, while the type of research used is descriptive with data collection methods using observation and interviews. The results of this study stated that the Amtsilati method as a provision in the study of the yellow book through two steps. The first step to do is connected with the new students who enrolling the Islamic boarding school and would be equipped with knowledge of tools to study the yellow book, namely the book of Amtsilati . Second, the students will apply the Amtsilati method in the study of the yellow book and conducted the reading methods both in the form of Sorogan and Bandongan.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the capabilities of Qalam AI – an automatic ḥarakat (diacritical mark) detection system – in supporting Arabic sentence learning through its ablility to analyze sentence components. This research was an exploratory study that employed a case study approach on the implementation of Qalam AI in the classroom. Data collection methods included: 1) analysis of student text samples, 2) expert evaluation by comparing Qalam AI’s analysis results with manual analysis by Arabic language experts, and 3) simulation of integration in the classroom. The analysis focused on three grammatical cases: 1) al-asmāʾ al-marfu̅ʿah (nominative), 2) al-asmāʾ al-manṣūbah (accusative), and 3) al-asmāʾ al-majrūrah (genitive). The research analysis used qualitative methods to examine Qalam AI's potential applications in Arabic language pedagogy.
