Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi komunikasi interpersonal antar karyawan serta dampaknya terhadap efektivitas kerja di lingkungan organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap sepuluh artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan pada rentang tahun 2020–2025. Proses seleksi dilakukan melalui pencarian berbasis kata kunci, seleksi inklusi-eksklusi, dan analisis isi artikel. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, serta dukungan teknologi komunikasi. Hambatan komunikasi seperti perbedaan pemahaman, hierarki organisasi, dan kurangnya pelatihan komunikasi berdampak negatif terhadap koordinasi dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan keterampilan komunikasi melalui pelatihan, pemanfaatan media komunikasi digital, serta penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang partisipatif. Komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif terbukti dapat meningkatkan motivasi, memperkuat kerja tim, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk pencapaian tujuan organisasi secara optimal

Abstract

This study examines the impact of interpersonal communication on teamwork success through a systematic literature review (SLR) of 15 scientific articles from 2020-2025. The results show that interpersonal communication is very important in building trust, reducing conflict, increasing cohesion, and strengthening team collaboration. With effective communication, team performance increases significantly. This study concludes that interpersonal communication is a strategic aspect in human resource management that supports the achievement of organizational goals through optimal teamwork.

Abstract

This study examines interpersonal communication in a social context, focusing on its influence on relationships, cooperation, and the effectiveness of interactions. Using a qualitative approach with observation and interview techniques, the research explores how individuals engage in two-way communication in everyday situations. The findings indicate that open, empathetic, and respectful communication contributes to a positive social atmosphere, improves mutual understanding, and reduces potential conflict. These results emphasize the importance of interpersonal communication skills as a key factor in fostering effective and harmonious interactions.
