Abstract

This research focuses on the development of learning media based on multiple representations in organic chemistry courses. Multiple representation-based learning media has the potential to improve students understanding of the concepts of chemical materials that are often considered difficult. However, the lack of learning media used by lecturers to discuss the three aspects of representation is a problem that needs to be addressed. This research aims to produce a nomenclature of hydrocarbon compounds learning video based on multiple representations and to find the eligibility and response for the developed learning video. The research methods are research and development using the 4d development model. The instruments used were the eligibility sheet and response questionnaire using a Likert scale. The eligibility for learning video is included as very feasible, with an average eligibility percentage of 95,03%. The eligibility of learning video was viewed in three aspects, namely, the lesson aspect (94.67%), the language aspect (95.56%), and the media aspect (94.87%). The responses given by students were included as a good category, as shown by the percentage of response results on the small-scale trial of 83,79% and large-scale trial of 83,31%. Based on the outcome of eligibility assessment and field trials, the nomenclature of hydrocarbon compounds learning video based on multiple representations is very feasible for learning media in the organic chemistry of monofunctional compounds course.

Abstract

Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulselrabar Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulselrabar Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variable yaitu Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja sebagai variable independen dan Kinerja Karyawan sebagai variable dependen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Karyawan di PT.PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulselrabar Makassar sebanyak 150 orang kemudian ditarik sampel sebanyak 35 orang dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik studi pustaka lapangan, observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dan Uji kualitas data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh hasil regresi liner berganda yang menunjukkan persamaan Y = 41,480 + 1,409 X1 + -0,565 X2 dan berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah r = 0,582. Nilai koefisien determinasi (r²) faktor ini mempunyai nilai sebesar 0,298 atau 29,8% sisanya 70,2% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak di masukkan dalam model penelitian ini. Hal ini terbukti degan uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung = 4,298 lebih besar dari tabel = 1,694 dari hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh maka diketahui bahwa variable Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan hipotesis dapat diterima.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian sebuah negara dan memiliki sebuah kesempatan untuk menyerap tenaga kerja sehingga perlu untuk dikembangkan. Mitra UMKM kami adalah seorang ibu rumah tangga yang tidak ingin selalu bergantung kepada suaminya sehingga termotivasi untuk membuat usaha rumahan yaitu bawang goreng. Bawang goreng yang dijual oleh mitra kami memiliki rasa yang gurih dan berlokasi di Dusun Marena Desa Pekalobean Kec. Anggeraja Kab. Enrekang Sulawesi Selatan. Masalah yang dihadapi UMKM bawang goreng yaitu pemasaran produk masih tradisional, pemasaran produk masih mencakup wilayah tertentu dan belum adanya promosi produk. Solusi dari masalah yang dihadapi adalah pembuatan branding, membuatkan akun media sosial, memposting produk dan pengemasan produk. Metode penyelesaian masalah dalam program PKM dengan penyelesian berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang pengembangan pemasaran. Kegiatan PKM ini sangat membantu pelaku usaha UMKM bawang goreng dalam memasarkan produk usahanya. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan secara intensif untuk memastikan UMKM bawang goreng tetap berjalan maksilmal sesuai dengan luaran PKM.

Abstract

This research focuses on utilizing ClassPoint interactive media in learning organic chemistry courses. Interactive media can potentially increase student engagement and understanding of complex material. Organic chemistry is often considered difficult, and students rely on lecturers to understand it. However, the lack of student involvement in the learning process is a problem that needs to be addressed. This research aims to describe student perspectives on the use of ClassPoint in learning organic chemistry, evaluate the effectiveness of ClassPoint in increasing student engagement, and identify the interactive features that students are most interested in. The research involved 53 participants of the Tanjungpura University FKIP Chemistry Education Study Program students who had taken the organic chemistry course. The research results show that the perspective of Chemistry Education students regarding the use of ClassPoint Interactive media is in the strongly agree category with a percentage of 91.55%. The strongly agree category is viewed from 3 aspects, namely the motivation and interest in learning aspect; knowledge and skills aspects; as well as the feature usability aspect, each of which received the strongly agree category. This indicates that ClassPoint interactive media is liked and wants to continue to be used in learning in organic chemistry courses. By utilizing ClassPoint, students become more involved in the learning process, increase understanding, and increase motivation and interest in learning. This research is an important step in optimizing interactive learning media to support more effective and interesting learning of organic chemistry

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) North Makassar Customer Service Implementation Unit.This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and discipline on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) North Makassar Customer Service Implementation Unit. This type of research is quantitative research using a questionnaire as a source of data collection. This study used 65 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: Leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, and Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, and then Organizational Culture variable is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance
