Abstract

Warung Suci Rahmadani merupakan usaha kecil yang menyediakan berbagai makanan dan minuman. Tantangan yang dihadapi oleh warung ini ialah persaingan yang sangat tinggi dengan UMKM yang menjual jenis makanan yang sama sehingga berpotensi mengurangi daya jual di warung tersebut. Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) ini bertujuan membantu warung Suci dalam meningkatkan daya saing dengan warung lainnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis produk dan implementasi strategi pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan daya saing produk dapat meningkatkan daya tarik pelanggan dan akan brdampak pada peningkatan penghasilan dari warung tersebut. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi usaha kecil lainnya untuk dapat meningkatkan daya saing usaha kecilnya.

Abstract

The use of information technology in governance plays a crucial role in enhancing transparency and the efficiency of public services. This study aims to design and develop an official profile website for the Housing, Settlement Areas, and Land Agency (DPKPP) of Bengkulu Province to facilitate the dissemination of information to the public. The website development process employs the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, encompassing stages such as needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results indicate that the developed website incorporates key features, including intuitive navigation, a responsive display, and a content management system that simplifies the process for administrators to update information. From a security perspective, role-based authorization and automated backup systems have been implemented to ensure data integrity. This website replaces conventional information distribution methods, which relied heavily on printed media, thereby improving accessibility and communication effectiveness between DPKPP and the public. With the introduction of this platform, information regarding work programs, organizational structure, and official announcements can be communicated more rapidly and extensively. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for other institutions seeking to adopt digital technologies to support a more modern and efficient governance system. Penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam pemerintahan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi layanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang serta mengembangkan website profil Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman, dan Pertanahan (DPKPP) Provinsi Bengkulu guna mempermudah distribusi informasi kepada masyarakat. Proses pengembangan website menerapkan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website yang dikembangkan memiliki fitur utama seperti navigasi intuitif, tampilan responsif, serta sistem manajemen konten yang memudahkan admin dalam memperbarui informasi. Dari aspek keamanan, diterapkan sistem otorisasi berbasis peran serta pencadangan otomatis untuk menjaga integritas data. Website ini menggantikan metode penyebaran informasi konvensional yang masih bergantung pada media cetak, sehingga meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan efektivitas komunikasi antara DPKPP dan masyarakat. Dengan kehadiran website ini, informasi terkait program kerja, struktur organisasi, serta pengumuman resmi dapat disampaikan secara lebih cepat dan luas. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi instansi lain dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital guna mendukung sistem pemerintahan yang lebih modern dan efisien.

Abstract

Vocational high schools (SMK) play an important role in preparing students for the world of work. However, student learning outcomes in the subject of Electrical Lighting Installation at SMK Negeri 5 Kota Padang are still relatively low, with an average pretest score of 57.34. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model in improving student learning outcomes. The research method used was classroom action research with 32 students from class XI TITL as subjects. Data were collected through pre-tests, post-tests, and observations of student activities during learning. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of STAD successfully improved student learning outcomes significantly, with an average post-test score of 82.19 and an N-Gain Score of 0.58 (moderate category). Academic achievement also increased from 15.6% to 75%. Further analysis revealed that collaborative interactions within groups, the reward system, and active student participation were key factors contributing to the success of this method. However, challenges such as time management and low student engagement require attention. It is concluded that the STAD model is effective in improving students' learning outcomes in the subject of Electrical Lighting Installation, both in terms of cognitive aspects and social skills. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers implement STAD with proper syntax and consider developing supporting media such as digital simulations to optimize the learning process.
