Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi (TI) telah mempengaruhi berbagai bidang, termasuk pendidikan, dengan kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Di MA Miftahul Ulum Bantal Asembagus Situbondo, presensi kehadiran guru masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan lembaran kertas, yang sering mengalami kesalahan dan tidak efisien.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem presensi guru berbasis website menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, menggantikan metode manual yang ada. Sistem ini akan meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dengan fitur verifikasi wajah, sehingga mengurangi potensi kecurangan dan memudahkan pengelolaan data presensi.Dengan penerapan sistem ini, diharapkan proses presensi di MA Miftahul Ulum Bantal menjadi lebih cepat dan efisien, serta mengurangi beban kerja petugas Tata Usaha

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah memberikan peluang besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi berbagai aspek, termasuk evaluasi pembelajaran di dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi E-Rapor berbasis web guna mendukung pengelolaan nilai siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Ibrahimy Secang Kalipuro. Proses evaluasi yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual menghadirkan berbagai tantangan, seperti risiko kesalahan data, keterlambatan proses, dan minimnya transparansi. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan metode Waterfall, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi PHP dan MySQL untuk mengelola data secara terpusat dan efisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi E-Rapor mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan nilai, mempermudah guru dalam melakukan rekapitulasi data, dan menyediakan akses online yang transparan bagi siswa dan wali murid. Implementasi ini mendukung kebijakan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital di lingkungan pendidikan. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap proses evaluasi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, serta menjadi inspirasi bagi lembaga pendidikan lainnya untuk menerapkan inovasi serupa.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency has become an increasingly popular digital asset in recent years. However, cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and difficult to predict due to being influenced by many factors such as market sentiment, regulations, and technological adoption. This study aims to analyze the performance of several popular machine learning algorithms in accurately predicting cryptocurrency prices. We evaluated four algorithms: Linear Regression, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) using historical price datasets of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin. The data were analyzed by preprocessing steps such as normalization and splitting into training and testing sets. Evaluation metrics used were Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), and prediction accuracy. The experimental results showed that the LSTM algorithm had the best performance in predicting cryptocurrency prices with the highest accuracy and lowest error, followed by SVM, Random Forest, and Linear Regression. Further analysis revealed that LSTM was able to capture patterns and trends in complex time series data.

Abstract

Letters are a formal form of written communication that convey official information, bear legal validity, and serve as a basis for decision-making. The Protocol and Leadership Communication Division (Prokopim) of the Regional Secretariat of Situbondo Regency plays a crucial role in managing official letters, including requests for cooperation (MoU) from Regional Government Organizations (OPD). However, based on observations and interviews conducted during the Field Work Practice (PKL), it was found that the management of MoU request letters is still handled manually, either through printed documents or scattered digital files, making tracking, scheduling, and archiving difficult. This study aims to design a web-based information system for submitting cooperation request letters that can be accessed by all OPDs and centrally managed by the government section. The method used includes field observation, interviews, and system requirements analysis. The proposed system is expected to streamline administrative workflows, improve efficiency, support information transparency, and facilitate decision-making regarding inter-agency cooperation requests within the Situbondo Regency Government.

Abstract

The Merah Putih Village Cooperative is a village cooperative that has a strategic role in strengthening the people's economy, especially through savings and loan services and trading agricultural products. However, in the digital era, cooperatives still face challenges in the form of low digital literacy of administrators and weak management of member data security. Administrative processes that are still manual and have minimal understanding of cybersecurity risks have the potential to hinder the operational effectiveness and sustainability of cooperatives. This community service activity aims to increase digital literacy and data security awareness for the management of the Merah Putih Village Cooperative through a participatory and collaborative approach. Implementation methods include problem identification, programme dissemination, digital literacy and data security training, application of cloud-based technologies, and post-training mentoring and evaluation. Training includes the use of digital productivity applications, cloud-based document management, as well as the implementation of data security practices such as the use of strong passwords, two-factor authentication and data backup. The results of the activity show a significant increase in the digital competence of the management, the efficiency of cooperative administration, as well as increasing awareness of the importance of member data protection. This activity is the first step in the digital transformation of village cooperatives towards more effective, safe, transparent and sustainable governance, while strengthening synergies between universities, village governments and the community.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) masih menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan serius di Indonesia yang memerlukan pengobatan jangka panjang dan disiplin tinggi. Kepatuhan pasien dalam mengonsumsi obat menjadi faktor penting keberhasilan terapi. Namun, sebagian penderita TB memiliki keterbatasan membaca atau bahkan buta huruf, sehingga media pengingat berbasis teks kurang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang antarmuka visual aplikasi pengingat minum obat yang ramah bagi pengguna dengan keterbatasan literasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah User Centered Design (UCD) dengan empat tahapan utama: identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan awal (low-fidelity prototype), pengujian, dan penyempurnaan desain. Hasil perancangan menghasilkan tiga halaman utama, yaitu halaman pengingat jadwal minum obat, halaman konfirmasi setelah obat diminum, dan halaman riwayat minum obat. Desain memanfaatkan ikon sederhana dan warna kontras untuk memudahkan pemahaman tanpa bergantung pada teks. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien TB, khususnya pada kelompok dengan literasi rendah, serta berpotensi diterapkan pada pengobatan penyakit kronis lainnya.

Abstract

Hospital queues are often chaotic and confusing for patients. Many patients do not know when their turn is or which room to go to. This problem makes waiting times feel longer and stressful for visitors. Therefore, a good visual interface for the queue system is needed to give clear information to everyone. The purpose of this study is to design a user-friendly visual interface for a hospital patient queue system. The method used in this research is simple observation of the current queue flow and creating a design prototype using a computer application. The design process focuses on making the display simple, clean, and easy to read for people of all ages. The results of this study are interface designs for the ticket-taking machine (kiosk) and the main queue display monitor. The design uses large fonts and clear color differences to show the queue number, polyclinic destination, and doctor's name. In conclusion, this interface design helps patients understand the queue flow better. It creates a more orderly and comfortable environment in the hospital waiting room.
