Abstract

The infrastructure development program aims to overcome accessibility problems and improve the quality of life of people in remote villages. This research focuses on analyzing the social and economic impacts caused by infrastructure development in Buntu Terpedo Village as well as evaluating changes that occur in community welfare. Using a qualitative approach, data collection methods include in-depth interviews with the community, field observations, and focus group discussions (FGD). The research results show that infrastructure development has a significant impact in increasing community mobility, access to education and better health services, as well as encouraging improvements in the local economy which in turn contributes to reducing poverty. However, challenges related to infrastructure management and maintenance as well as obstacles in the level of community participation were also found. This research provides insight into the importance of infrastructure development in accelerating social and economic transformation in rural areas, as well as providing recommendations for sustainable development policies.Keywords : Social Impact, Economic Impact, Infrastructure Development, Equal Development

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Optimal Capital Structure at PT Lion Metal Works Tbk, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The variables in this study are capital structure (independent variables) measured by calculating the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio (LDTER), and Return on Equity (ROE) using units of Rupiah (Rp). Data collection using the documentation method. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis of secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the average amount of DAR is 32.31% of the industry standard <35% with optimal information, the average amount of DER is 47.83% of the industry standard <90% with optimal information, the amount of LDTER is 20.37% with industry standards <10% with non-optimal information, and the amount of ROE is 0.013% of the industry standard 40% with non-optimal notification.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and leadership style on the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Walenrang, Luwu Regency. The data used were derived from primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Walenrang, while secondary data were obtained through various literature reviews. The study involved 21 teachers, using a saturated sampling method. The analysis tool used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that, based on the perceptions of SMP Negeri 3 Walenrang teachers, the work environment at SMP Negeri 3 Walenrang, Luwu Regency was good, with the highest average score for the relationship with colleagues indicator of 4.81. Meanwhile, leadership style at SMP Negeri 3 Walenrang, Luwu Regency was quite good, with the highest average score for the SIFTA indicator of 4.24. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression analysis, the work environment and leadership style had a significant effect on teacher performance, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.001 and a coefficient of determination of 52.4%. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Walenrang, Luwu Regency. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 3 Walenrang, Luwu Regency.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector contribute significantly to local economic growth in Palopo City. However, many MSME actors face challenges in sustaining their businesses due to the lack of systematic business strategies. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the Business Model Canvas (BMC) in improving the performance of culinary MSMEs in Palopo. The research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 80 culinary MSME respondents, complemented by in-depth interviews to enrich the qualitative data. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to examine the influence of the nine BMC elements on competitiveness and business sustainability. The results indicate that Value Proposition, Customer Relationship, and Key Activities have a significant impact on revenue growth and customer loyalty. Meanwhile, Channels and Revenue Streams play an important role in expanding market access and enhancing profitability. These findings confirm that BMC is an effective strategic framework for strengthening the competitiveness of culinary MSMEs in Palopo and can serve as a reference for local governments and supporting institutions in formulating sustainable MSME development programs
