Analisis ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja pegawai, employee relations, dan employee engagement di RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai, Sumatera Utara, serta untuk menguji serta menganalisis pengaruhnya employee relations dan employee engagement terhadap pada kinerja pegawai, dari segi parsial ataupun simultan di RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai, Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan ialah metode kuantitatif. Total sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 105 pegawai dengan teknik incidental sampling pada pegawai RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai, Sumatera Utara. Metode analisis statistik yang diterapkan ialah regresi linear berganda dengan pengaplikasian menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Dari hasil penganalisisan deskriptif, employee relations dan employee engagement berada pada kategori baik, serta kinerja pegawai memiliki kategori sangat baik. Hasil penelitian secara parsial serta simultan menerangkan bahwa employee relations dan employee engagement terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada kinerja pegawai. Djoelham Binjai, North Sumatra, and to examine and analyze the effect of employee relations and employee engagement on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously at RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai, North Sumatra. The research method applied is quantitative method. The number of samples in this study were 105 employees with incidental sampling technique on employees of RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai, North Sumatra. The statistical analysis method applied is multiple linear regression with the application using SPSS version 23. From the results of descriptive analysis, employee relations and employee involvement are in the good category, and employee performance has a very good category. The results of the study partially and simultaneously explained that employee relations and employee involvement had a significant influence on employee performance.
