Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi proses rekrutmen peserta didik baru di Kidsville School Bandung. Fokus utama adalah pada identifikasi risiko potensial dalam rekrutmen, pengembangan strategi mitigasi risiko, dan evaluasi efektivitas dari langkah-langkah mitigasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendalami proses rekrutmen peserta didik baru di Kidsville School Bandung. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi untuk memahami secara menyeluruh identifikasi risiko, pelaksanaan strategi mitigasi, dan evaluasi efektivitas tindakan mitigasi tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman praktik manajemen risiko di konteks rekrutmen sekolah serta menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi praktisi pendidikan.Abstract: This research aims to explore the process of recruiting new students at Kidsville School Bandung. The primary focus is on identifying potential risks in the recruitment process, developing risk mitigation strategies, and evaluating the effectiveness of these mitigation measures. The study adopts a qualitative approach to delve into the recruitment process at Kidsville School Bandung. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentary studies to comprehensively understand risk identification, the implementation of mitigation strategies, and the evaluation of the effectiveness of these mitigation actions. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to the understanding of risk management practices in the context of school recruitment and offer valuable insights for educational practitioners.
