Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of parents in guiding or developing students, to find out what factors support and hinder the role of parents in improving student learning achievement, and to find out the role of parents in improving student learning achievement. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach, data obtained through observation, documentation and interview methods. The research results showed that the role of parents in improving student learning achievement in the family has gone quite well. The role of student parents is: 1) Parents who create a comfortable and calm home environment as well as good communication between parents and children; 2) Parents of students can organize activities and understand the student's situation. Problems faced by parents Improving academic achievement at home include: limited facilities; Children are less interested in learning, children's relationship with the environment; 3) Providing facilities to improve children's achievements; 4) Parents involve children in activities related to their learning, such as: tutoring or tutoring; 5) Controlling children studying at home and getting children to be disciplined with time when doing all activities. In conclusion, the role of parents in improving the learning achievement of grade 3 students at MI Assalam Bajo is very good, covering several aspects of both the role and educational and social background of parents. The role and attention of parents is an important factor that can influence children's learning achievement.

Abstract

Government assets are essential components for supporting operational performance and public services. Over time, some assets depreciate and require removal to avoid unnecessary budget burdens. However, asset disposal processes in government institutions are often still manual and not data-driven, which can lead to inefficiencies. This study aims to apply the Apriori algorithm to discover asset disposal patterns in the Binjai City Government. The data used includes asset attributes such as Regional Government Organizations (OPD), Item Type, Age, Brand/Type, Material, and Acquisition Method. The method employed is data mining with the Apriori algorithm, and the analysis is supported by the RapidMiner tool. The results reveal strong associative patterns among specific asset attributes that tend to be disposed of, such as assets over 10 years old, made of synthetic materials, and acquired through purchase. Identifying these patterns facilitates more efficient, transparent, and objective decision-making in asset disposal. This research contributes to the development of data-driven asset management systems and supports bureaucratic reform in local government institutions. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pemasaran dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT Cahaya Alam Sejati. Populasi yang digunakan sebagai bahan penelitian ini adalah costumer yang pernah membeli dan berjumlah 115 costumer, sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, berjumlah 53 sampel responden yang digunakan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer, penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara strategi pemasaran dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda (multiliniear regression analisys) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan uji asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel strategi pemasaran (X1) tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 1,315 < ttabel 2,008 dengan signifikansi 0,195 > 0,05. Secara parsial harga (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 4,469 > ttabel 2,008 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan secara simultan baik strategi pemasaran (X1) dan kualitas produk (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penjualan dengan nilai Fhitung 17,016 > Ftabel 3,18 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05
