Abstract

The management of tourist attractions and public facilities has undergone a significant transformation in recent years in line with technological developments. Previously, management was carried out manually by involving a lot of labor and human resources to maintain and manage its operations. However, digitalization has changed the way management is more efficient and organized. Digital-based systems are now widely applied to facilitate visitor access while increasing the effectiveness of tourist attraction management. Digitalization aims to create a mutually beneficial relationship between managers and visitors through an optimally designed system. This study aims to analyze the design and design of the digital management system applied to Dalegan Beach in Gresik Regency, East Java. This system is expected to be able to simplify the administrative process, improve the visitor experience, and optimize the management of existing resources. Through a systematic approach, this research explores the functional and technical needs to create effective technology-based solutions. The implementation of this system is expected to be an example of the application of digitalization in the management of other tourist attractions, so that it can support the development of the tourism sector and increase competitiveness in an increasingly competitive industry.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah mendorong integrasi fitur canggih seperti Google Assistant, Google Lens, dan Google Voice ke dalam ekosistem aplikasi Google guna menyederhanakan aktivitas digital harian. Meski demikian, adopsi dan apresiasi terhadap fitur tersebut masih beragam, terutama di kalangan mahasiswa. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan fitur AI Google dengan pendekatan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), yang menitikberatkan pada empat konstruk: ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, serta kondisi yang mendukung. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei terhadap 127 mahasiswa aktif di Jawa Timur, analisis dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS dengan teknik Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa ekspektasi kinerja dan kondisi pendukung secara signifikan memengaruhi perilaku penggunaan fitur AI. Sebaliknya, ekspektasi usaha dan pengaruh sosial tidak menunjukkan pengaruh berarti terhadap niat perilaku. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa persepsi manfaat serta ketersediaan sarana pendukung merupakan pendorong utama dalam penggunaan AI, dan hasilnya dapat menjadi dasar untuk strategi adopsi teknologi yang lebih tepat sasaran di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought changes in various sectors including education, particularly at the secondary school level. This study aims to analyze the role of AI in improving academic learning, identify the positive impact of AI implementation in the education sector, and compare the effectiveness of AI-based learning with conventional methods. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study analyzed 50 scientific articles published between 2019-2024 from ScienceDirect, IEEE, Semantic Scholar, and Google Scholar databases. The results showed that the implementation of AI improved students' academic performance by 23% compared to traditional methods, with an increase in students' learning motivation by 35%. In the aspect of adaptive learning, AI shows an increase in learning effectiveness by 30% and increases student participation in distance learning by 40%. Comparison with conventional methods shows the superiority of AI-based learning in material personalization (90% vs 60%), feedback system (85% vs 40% responsiveness), and student engagement (75% vs 45%). However, the research found that optimal results are achieved through blended learning that combines the power of AI with the social interaction of conventional learning.
