Abstract

Collaborative innovation has become crucial for organizations that wish to stay relevant and competitive in the quickly evolving digital age. There are plenty of opportunities, but there are also several obstacles to overcome. Information and data security in a digital world vulnerable to cyberattacks is one of the biggest problems. Sophisticated security measures must be implemented by organizations to safeguard confidential data that is shared among team members. Resistance to change is also an obstacle that needs to be overcome. When organizations adopt new technology, employees often face difficulties adapting. Organisations can create more efficient and effective solutions with the latest technologies, such as artificial intelligence and data analysis. Collaboration across industries and disciplines enables a holistic approach to solving complex problems. By understanding and overcoming existing challenges, organizations can harness the potential of collaborative innovation in the digital era to create added value, increase efficiency, and ensure business continuity in an ever-changing world.

Abstract

The concept of the presence of God in the midst of believers is very important, because when God is present all changes, the Book of Genesis records that before the world was created and the Spirit of God hovered in chaotic and formless world conditions. God's presence in Indonesia and especially for believers will have an impact and influence towards the better. Every believer must be a change agent and God's representative on earth, so that others can see and feel God's presence in real life. The church as an organization must also appear with all its existence for the life of the state and nation, the church must have "sensitivity" to see the surroundings, so that the church does not become an exclusive organization or a collection of saints who do nothing for their environment.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of the church in reaching remote communities in Indonesia through a contextual mission approach. Using a qualitative-descriptive method based on literature review and theological narrative reflection, the study finds that effective church mission must be incarnational, holistic, and collaborative. The church is called to be God's partner in bringing the liberating Gospel into the socio-cultural context of local communities. Contextual approaches are key to successful ministry, supported by the use of technology and inter-institutional synergy. This study recommends renewing the church’s mission vision and theological education to meet contemporary challenges in rural and remote mission work.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the Great Commission in the context of the digital era, focusing on the utilization of information technology by the church and gospel ministers. Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, digital observation, and document analysis, the study finds that digital media offers significant opportunities for the expansion of the Christian mission. However, its utilization is still not optimal due to low digital literacy, lack of theological integration, and limited strategies for adequate digital discipleship. The findings suggest that digital ministry requires a strong communication theology foundation, an inclusive relational approach, and clear digital ethics to maintain spiritual depth in ministry. The study also emphasizes that the digital world is part of missio Dei, so the church needs to develop hybrid ministry strategies and dialogical faith communities. Therefore, digitalization is not just a tool, but also a new theological space that demands a deep integration of theology, technology, and pastoral care. In this context, the church must develop a more holistic understanding to face the challenges and opportunities offered by the digital world for a more effective Christian mission.
