Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal pembelajaran di SDN Pakauman 1 Banjarmasin umumnya masih menggunakan pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru. Pada pembelajaran ini biasanya guru menggunakan metode ceramah,tanya jawab,dan tugas latihan atau soal. Kesalahan konsep yang dialami siswa menyebabkan sekitar 50% hasil belajar dan motivasi siswa masih di bawah ketuntasan minimal. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang penerapan model pembelajaran yang dapat menanamkan pemahaman siswa. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rancangan pembelajaran jaring-jaring balok melalui strategi (TPS) Think Pair Share sebagai upaya membangun kemampuan belajar matematika. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Pakauman 1 Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pelaksanaan penelitian ini terdiri dua siklus. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi : (1) data utama, yaitu proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan (2) data pendukung yang terdiri dari : (a) hasil tes siswa (b) lembar observasi belajar siswa (c) hasil tes siswa (d) hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa. Hasil penerapan pembelajaran.Think Pair share dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan motivasi siswa. Pada siklus pertama diperoleh data dengan kriteria baik, namun ada beberapa siswa yang masih belum memahami konsep. Hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal tuntas sebanyak 60% sehingga tindakan ini belum mencapai keberhasilan. Setelah perbaikan pembelajaran dilakukan siklus kedua mencapai 80% dengan rata-rata nilai keseluruhan sebesar 86,31%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini penerapan Think Pair Share dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa SDN Pakauman 1 Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations and discussions with teachers at Pelambuan 7 Elementary School in Banjarmasin with class III teachers, it was concluded that students were still having difficulties in following mathematics learning, especially on flat-build material. The teaching materials that they use so far are ordinary textbooks and limited number of LKS and are not made by the teacher itself, so that they are not in accordance with the character of students. Meaningful learning is a process of connecting new information with relevant concepts contained in one's cognitive structure. The model used in this study is the Plomp model because it has a simple, systemic and clearly understood sequence, according to Plomp (Hobri 2010) there are five phases in designing this development, namely (1) Initial investigation phase (2) Design phase (3) Realization / construction (4) Evaluation and revision phase (5) Implementation phase. The results of this study produce student textbooks. Student textbooks consist of three parts, namely the introduction, discussion and closing. The results of expert and practitioner validation showed that the developed student textbooks were declared valid with an average score of 3.4. so that the student textbooks have met the practicality criteria. The effectiveness of student textbooks is determined from the analysis of (1) the mastery test of textbook material, (2) the activity of teachers and students, and (3) the results of interviews with students. Based on the trials that have been carried out, the results obtained are as much as 85% get a minimum score of 65, so that the classical completeness criteria have been met.

Abstract

this study is aimed to produce local wisdom based teaching media and to introduce Kalimantan’s unique garment. The objective of this study is constructs a teaching media to preserve endangered cultural items in Kalimantan. This study is carried under a model proposed by William W Lee and Diana L Owens (2004) which consists of 5 (five) stages. First, assessment analysis stage which is divided into need assessment and front -end analysis. This stage reveals complete information on kinds of media to be developed. Second, design stage where the blueprint and the production schedule of the media are made. Third is the development stage where the design is transformed into physical form. Fourth, the implementation stage contains expert validation of the media. Fifth stage is the evaluation of the media. The instrument applied in this study is questionnaire. The data then analyzed on three steps of analysis, field test, limited scale test, and operational product test. The result of this study reveals that the use of the media is recommended since it enhances the ability, the interest, and the achievement of students thus it is also appropriate for PPL students to be used on their apprenticeship period.

Abstract

Persepsi memiliki peranan penting dalam perkembangan berfikir anak, karena berhubungan dengan pesan atau informasi yang masuk kedalam otak manusia, melalui persepsi manusia terus menerus mengadakan hubungan dengan lingkungannya, dan hubungan ini dilakukan lewat inderanya yaitu indera penglihat, pendengar, peraba, dan perasa. Untuk menjaga kesalahan persepsi dalam proses pembelajaran maka multimedia hadir dalam pendidikan untuk menyamakan persepsi siswa. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengungkap; (1) persepsi siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran; (2) persepsi siswa terhadap penggunaan multimedia; (3) persepsi siswa dalam interaksi pembelajaran. Kegunaan penelitian ini sangat berguna sebagai bahan tambahan untuk mengoptimalkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dan prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan beberapa teknik yaitu, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah; (1) persepsi siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran sangat positif, dan siswa menyukai pembelajaran yang disampaikan guru, termasuk pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia; (2) persepsi siswa terhadap penggunaan multimedia sangat efektif, hal ini terlihat pada saat pembelajaran, siswa dapat memahami teknologi; (3) persepsi siswa dalam interaksi pembelajaran, sangat bangus dan siswa melakukan pembelajaran secara klasikal, kelompok dan individu. Dengan demikian pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia merangsang siswa untuk beraktivitas dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Karakter kejujuran merupakan salah satu nilai moral yang sangat penting dalam pengembangan pribadi siswa, terutama di lingkungan pendidikan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh integrasi pembelajaran budaya lokal Banjar melalui cerita rakyat dan dongeng terhadap pembentukan karakter kejujuran siswa di kelas IV SDN Kota Banjarmasin. Subjek dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 30 siswa kelas IV, satu guru dan beberapa orang tua sebagai informen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis cerita rakyat mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa serta memahami dan menerapkan nilai-nilai moral termasuk kejujuran. Siswa menunjukkan perubahan positif dalam sikap dan perilaku yang mencerminkan kejujuran baik di dalam maupun di luar lingkungan sekolah. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengintegrasian budaya lokal dalam pendidikan sebagai sarana efektif untuk menanamkan kerakter kejujuran. Dengan memanfaatkan cerita rakyat siswa tidak hanya belajar konsep kejujuran tetapi juga mengimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan yang lebih relevan dan bermakna.

Abstract

The process of agricultural development benefits greatly from agricultural extension activities, particularly when it comes to improving the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the primary actors and business people. The purposes of the research were to measure the performance of agricultural extension workers and formulate the strategies to improve the performance of agricultural extension workers in Sesayap Sub-district Tana Tidung District. The data used were primary data and secondary data. The methods of analyzing the data used were Likert and SWOT analysis. The results of the research showed that the performance of agricultural extension workers in Sesayap Subdistrict was 62 with a good category and the strategies to improve the performance of agricultural extension workers in Sesayap Subdistrict were to implement the SO (Strength-Opportunities) strategy, namely: (a) Agricultural extension workers have good education with over two years of work to optimize technology and innovation. (b) The number of extension workers is sufficient, extension workers have enthusiasm and dedication to work and are able to utilize the existing facilities and infrastructure at BPP to enhance the ability and capacity of extension workers. (c) With adequate education of extension workers, the extension workers have enthusiasm and dedication to work and are relatively young so that they can optimize learning media through online.

Abstract

The Banjar community is known for its spirit of cooperation, demonstrated through mutual assistance and solidarity in various social and cultural activities. This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of cooperative spirit in enhancing social awareness within the Banjar community. Banjar community is renowned for its strong culture of mutual aid, the challengers of modernization and social change may affect these values. This study uses a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data to measure and understand the level of cooperation among the Banjar people. Qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observations, while quantitative data were obtained through surveys and structured questionnaires that assess the dimension of cooperative and social awareness. Study results indicate that cooperative activities, such as mutual assistance and communal religious gatherings, can strengthen social network and enhance social awareness among community members. However, the study also identified challenges, such as individualism and social inequality, which need to be addressed to maximize the positive impact of cooperation. This study recommends the implementation of more innovative strategies to promote cooperation and strengthen social awareness in the Banjar community.
