Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sistem informasi akuntansi pengeluaran kas pada Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat Lopok Ganda Sumbawa dengan indikator teori Mulyadi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Peneliti memperoleh data yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan indikator teori Mulyadi. Ketidaksesuaian tersebut dapat dilihat pada tidak adanya pembubuhan cap lunas pada dokumen bukti pengeluaran kas kecil, serta tidak tersedianya dokumen permintaan pengisian kembali dana kas kecil. Selain itu, tidak adanya catatan jurnal pengeluaran dana kas kecil sehingga seluruh catatan atas transaksi pengeluaran kas baik besar atau kecil semuanya disatukan dalam satu catatan yaitu pada buku kas. selanjutnya adanya perangkapan fungsi pemegang dana kas kecil merangkap sebagai fungsi akuntansi serta fungsi kas dan funsi pemeriksaan intern yang dijalankan oleh satu orang saja.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of families in supporting young entrepreneurs, which is often a determining factor in the success or failure of their business. Families can provide various forms of support, such as financial, emotional, knowledge, skills, and access to social networks that can accelerate business development. Using a qualitative research approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with 8 young entrepreneurs in various business sectors in Sumbawa. The results of the study show that family support, both in the form of initial capital, knowledge guidance, and emotional motivation, has a significant role in increasing the confidence and resilience of young entrepreneurs. Nonetheless, some young entrepreneurs face challenges in convincing families who have a conservative view of entrepreneurship. This study indicates that the family is not only a provider of resources, but also as a psychological factor that can affect the success of young people's businesses. Therefore, the role of the family in young people's entrepreneurship needs to be strengthened through increased understanding and better support from the family.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has long been recognized as a driving force for a country's socioeconomic growth, becoming increasingly important in facing the challenges of globalization, which demand creativity and innovation. Fierce competition demands that students, as the younger generation, possess greater competencies to compete in the workforce. Student involvement in entrepreneurship can foster the development of an innovation ecosystem on campus, which in turn can improve the quality of education and research. This scientific article aims to analyze students' entrepreneurial practices in creating innovative tea products during their studies, with a focus on identifying factors influencing success and the challenges faced. Students' tea product innovations not only add value to the industry but also provide valuable experience in developing entrepreneurial skills. The research method used was a qualitative approach, interviewing students who own tea product businesses. The results show that students who are entrepreneurs in tea product businesses are highly motivated, highly creative, and have good adaptability. However, they also face various challenges, such as limited capital, lack of experience, and intense competition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on the behavior of farmers in Semamung Village, Moyo Hulu District in managing their personal finances. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in the study amounted to 50 respondents obtained with a nonprobability sampling design with purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were the people of Semamung village, Moyo Hulu sub-district who work as farmers. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. Data analysis techniques in this study used Classical Assumption Test, Simple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Test (T Test) and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS version 24 software program. Financial literacy has a significant effect on financial management behavior among farmers in Semamung Village, Moyo Hulu District. This is based on the value of the financial literacy variable (X) is 7.533 with a significant level of 0.000 because tcount is greater than ttable, namely 7.533 ≥ 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Thus the results of the data analysis show that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be stated that financial literacy has a significant effect on financial management behavior among farmers in Semamung Village, Moyo Hulu District.

Abstract

One non-profit organization that exists in Indonesia is a foundation, a legal entity that is not profit-oriented. Accountability itself is a form of responsibility towards the provider of resources (donors). The financial reporting of a foundation refers to Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) No.35. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of accountability and the financial management implementation of Yayasan Al Ashola Al Islamiyah Sumbawa in accordance with ISAK 35 guidelines. The analysis tools used include interview results, documentation, and financial reports of the Foundation. The research results show that the research object has not implemented Accountability in financial reporting because only two indicators can be applied by the Foundation. As for financial reporting, the research object has not implemented it in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards ISAK 35 due to several factors such as the Foundation's young age, financial experts who are unfamiliar with ISAK 35, and the Foundation has never conducted bookkeeping and inventory of assets. The financial reports owned by the Foundation are still limited to simple reports such as cash inflows and outflows.
