Abstract

This paper aims to understand reality in the private sector. The reality that we encounter is very strong in providing a rebuttal to the Hexagon Fraud Theory. Taken from a movie scene entitled In The Heart of The Sea (2015). Using a dramaturgical research method with a performance approach. The results of this study enrich the diversity of fraud theory which provides an antithesis of even the latest fraud theory. Various factors that cause fraud are mentioned in various theories. All of them are perfectly refuted when we analyze the reality we encounter.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to expand product marketing and introduce product packaging to people in Kerato Village who have businesses. The method used is to provide counseling and training regarding product packaging techniques and product marketing. Marketing is the spearhead in a business, so this needs to be improved all the time and given knowledge about marketing that continues to grow. The result of this activity is that the community in Kerato village who have a business can better understand how to apply attractive packaging and carry out proper marketing so that they can increase their business.

Abstract

Business development among young people is a growing phenomenon, especially in the creative industry and technology sectors. This research aims to explore the factors that affect the development of young people's businesses, the challenges they face, and the strategies used to overcome these obstacles. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participatory observation of 10 young entrepreneurs in Sumbawa. The results of the study show that personal motivation, such as love for the field and the desire to contribute to social change, is the main driver of young entrepreneurs to start a business. However, the biggest challenges faced are limited capital, lack of managerial skills, and difficulties in managing market risks. Digital technology is a major factor in overcoming these challenges, especially in terms of marketing and market reach. In addition, the role of mentors and entrepreneurial communities proves to be crucial for providing practical support and expanding networks. This research suggests the need to increase access to financing, more applicable entrepreneurship training, and more supportive government policies to create a conducive entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Abstract

Innovation in entrepreneurship is not only limited to the creation of new products or services, but also includes the development of more efficient business models, more effective marketing strategies, and new ways of managing resources. The film "Gampang Cuan" offers a compelling depiction of the dynamics of entrepreneurship and innovation amidst family economic pressures. A thorough analysis of the film can provide valuable insights into how the characters in the film face financial challenges through the implementation of innovative entrepreneurial strategies. The film depicts how urgent needs can spark creativity and drive individuals to seek solutions outside conventional paths, resulting in small innovations that have a significant impact on their financial condition. This study aims to identify and analyze the various forms of entrepreneurial innovation that appear in the film, and how these innovations contribute to solving the financial problems faced by the characters. By analyzing elements such as opportunity identification, creative idea development, solution implementation, and adaptation to market changes, this study seeks to gain a deeper understanding of the entrepreneurial innovation process in a stressful context

Abstract

This community empowerment activity was carried out in Sebewe Village, North Moyo District, Sumbawa Regency. Based on the results of community service activities with the theme "Training Assistance for Google Bisnisku and Sahabat UMKM to Improve Marketing in the Digital Era for Small and Medium Business Actors in Sebewe Village, North Moyo District" that have been carried out, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Participants already have additional marketing information through online media and how to use it to market the products of small and medium businesses in Sebewe Village through Google Bisnisku and Sahabat UMKM. 2) The participants of small and medium businesses get a management technique method for marketing products through online media. Abstract

One non-profit organization that exists in Indonesia is a foundation, a legal entity that is not profit-oriented. Accountability itself is a form of responsibility towards the provider of resources (donors). The financial reporting of a foundation refers to Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) No.35. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of accountability and the financial management implementation of Yayasan Al Ashola Al Islamiyah Sumbawa in accordance with ISAK 35 guidelines. The analysis tools used include interview results, documentation, and financial reports of the Foundation. The research results show that the research object has not implemented Accountability in financial reporting because only two indicators can be applied by the Foundation. As for financial reporting, the research object has not implemented it in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards ISAK 35 due to several factors such as the Foundation's young age, financial experts who are unfamiliar with ISAK 35, and the Foundation has never conducted bookkeeping and inventory of assets. The financial reports owned by the Foundation are still limited to simple reports such as cash inflows and outflows.

Abstract

In the constantly evolving digital era, accounting information systems also face various challenges and new opportunities. The speed and accuracy of information are becoming increasingly important, requiring companies to invest in the appropriate technology and train their employees to optimize the use of accounting information systems. This research aims to analyze and determine the effectiveness of the cash receipt accounting information system at Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat Lopok Ganda Sumbawa. This is a qualitative study, and the researcher gathered data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the cash receipt accounting information system at Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat Lopok Ganda Sumbawa has been implemented quite well. This is because the system follows the operational standards set by the Financial Services Authority. Additionally, the effectiveness of the cash receipt accounting information system, based on Mardiasmo's theory with two indicators, namely results and objectives, is also considered effective. This can be seen from the research findings, which show that the system used achieves its goals and is close to its targets.

Abstract

The tourism phenomenon is seen as a complex process related to culture, lifestyle and a set of different demands for holidays and travel. As an activity, tourism has become an important part of the basic needs of developed communities and a small number of communities in developing countries. Tourism in Indonesia is an important economic sector. This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality, tourist attraction and promotion on tourist interest in repeat visits to beach tourism objects at the Saliper Ate beach tourist attraction, Sumbawa Regency. This research uses quantitative methods, with the types of data used, namely primary data and secondary data. The sample in the research was obtained using non-probability sampling techniques totaling 100 respondents. The data obtained was then processed using SPSS 16 software. The results of this study show that (1) the service quality variable has no significant effect on interest in repeat visits. (2) the tourist attraction variable has a significant and influential effect on interest in repeat visits. (3) promotional variables have a significant effect on interest in repeat visits.
