Abstrak Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas pemasaran UMKM Teh Bunga Telang melalui penerapan strategi digital marketing yang tepat dan terarah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Kawungluwuk, Kecamatan Tanjungsiang, Kabupaten Subang, dengan metode partisipatif yang melibatkan pelaku UMKM, pengelola BUMDesa, dan tim akademisi. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi observasi awal, pelatihan, workshop, pendampingan teknis, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam menggunakan media sosial untuk promosi produk, pembuatan konten, serta penguatan identitas merek. Dukungan aktif dari BUMDesa juga mendorong keberlanjutan proses pemasaran digital. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa digital marketing dapat menjadi sarana strategis dalam pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis potensi lokal. Kata kunci: UMKM, digital marketing, pemberdayaan masyarakat, BUMDesa, Teh Bunga Telang Abstract This community service program aims to strengthen the marketing capacity of the Butterfly Pea Tea (Teh Bunga Telang) MSME through the application of effective and targeted digital marketing strategies. The activity was carried out in Kawungluwuk Village, Tanjungsiang District, Subang Regency, using a participatory approach involving MSME actors, BUMDesa managers, and academic facilitators. The stages of the program included initial observation, training, workshops, technical assistance, and monitoring and evaluation. The results showed a significant increase in MSME actors' understanding and skills in using social media for product promotion, content creation, and brand identity development. Active support from BUMDesa also encouraged the sustainability of digital marketing practices. This program demonstrates that digital marketing can serve as a strategic tool for empowering local-potential-based MSMEs.
