Abstract

The development of information technology today brings the impact of changes that require organizations to continue to develop in accordance with the goals and policies that have been determined. The problem that often occurs in organizations is the use of technology that is not optimal, so that it can affect the level of employee productivity in the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Performance Information System and Remuneration (SIJAWARA) on employee work productivity. This study uses quantitative methods, with data collection through distributing questionnaires to 48 employees of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Fisheries Service in West Java. The results of the descriptive analysis indicate that the SIJAWARA variable is in the moderately effective category, and the employee work productivity variable is in the low category. The results of the inferential analysis show that there is an influence between the SIJAWARA variable on the employee work productivity variable, but with a relatively low relationship category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how strong the influence of service quality and trust on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable at Bank Nagari Syariah Unit Tapan Branch. Agency theory is used to describe the quality of Service Quality and Trust in Customer Loyalty with Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is a type of quantitative research. Quantitative analysis in this study is needed to provide an overview of the results of the study, then in order to strengthen the existence of a use of interest in being a customer between variables, it requires proof of analysis carried out on the answers to the results of the questionnaire distributed to respondents. This study aims to find an explanation of the influence of the quality of service quality and trust. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The higher the quality of the services provided, the higher the customer satisfaction that can be achieved. Trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The higher the quality of the performance of a banking trust, the higher the customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The creation of high satisfaction allows customers to remain loyal to the banking trust used.

English VersionThis research aims to analyze the influence of taxes, bonus mechanisms, tunneling incentives, and firm size on the decision to engage in transfer pricing by mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2020. The method used in this research is descriptive and verificative with quantitative data. The population of this research is mining companies listed on the IDX from 2018 to 2020, consisting of 47 companies with a sample size of 35 companies. The data collection technique used in this research is nonpartisan observation using logistic regression analysis. Taxes, bonus mechanisms, tunneling incentives, and firm size have a significant simultaneous effect on the decision to engage in transfer pricing. Taxes have a significant positive effect on the decision to engage in transfer pricing. Bonus mechanisms have a significant positive effect on the decision to engage in transfer pricing. Tunneling incentives have a significant positive effect on the decision to engage in transfer pricing. Firm size has a significant positive effect on the decision to engage in transfer pricing. Versi IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan mnguji peran pajak, mekanisme bonus, insentif tunneling, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap pilihan melakukan transfer pricing pada perusahaan pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2018-2020. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian deskriptif dan metodologi verifikasi dengan data kuantitatif. Adapun populasi penelitian berjumlah 47 sedangkan sampel ppenelitian berjumlah 35 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi non-partisan melalui analisis regresi logistik. Pajak, mekanisme bonus, insentif tunneling, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh secara simultan pada transfer pricing. Selanjutnya hasil pengaruh parsial antaralain; Pajak, Mekanisme bonus dan ukuran perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan melakukan transfer pricing. Insentif tunneling mempunyai dampak positif yang signifikan pada transfer pricing

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital dan pesatnya pertumbuhan media sosial telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam perilaku konsumen, khususnya dalam aktivitas belanja online. TikTok sebagai salah satu platform media sosial dengan jumlah pengguna terbesar di Indonesia telah berkembang menjadi sarana social commerce yang mengintegrasikan konten hiburan dengan transaksi digital melalui fitur flash sale dan live streaming. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi flash sale, live streaming TikTok, dan brand image terhadap minat beli produk bedak Two Way Cake Luxcrime. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pengikut akun TikTok Luxcrime, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode acak sederhana dan perhitungan Slovin. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial strategi flash sale dan live streaming TikTok berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, sedangkan brand image tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Namun demikian, secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli produk bedak Two Way Cake Luxcrime. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa dalam konteks social commerce, konsumen lebih dipengaruhi oleh promosi berbasis urgensi dan interaksi real-time dibandingkan persepsi merek semata. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pelaku usaha dalam merancang strategi pemasaran digital yang lebih efektif melalui pemanfaatan flash sale dan live streaming di platform TikTok.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika kultur budaya masyarakat Desa Bram Itam Kanan serta peran mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (Kukerta) dalam membentuk pola pikir masyarakat desa. Permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat meliputi perlunya penguatan kesadaran sosial, kesehatan, dan kemandirian tanpa menghilangkan nilai-nilai budaya lokal yang telah mengakar. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan tokoh masyarakat, perangkat desa, tokoh agama, serta warga setempat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat masih mempertahankan nilai kebersamaan, gotong royong, dan religiusitas melalui berbagai tradisi lokal. Mahasiswa Kukerta berperan aktif melalui program sosialisasi ZISWAF, edukasi pencegahan stunting, pemanfaatan Tanaman Obat Keluarga, pencegahan kenakalan remaja, pelatihan public speaking, Festival Anak Sholeh, dan Tabligh Akbar. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kesehatan, kepedulian sosial, serta penguatan nilai budaya dan keagamaan sebagai fondasi pembangunan desa berkelanjutan.
