Abstract

This research aims to examine HR Performance Improvement through HR Management and Quality and HR Motivation as Intervening Variables. The research method used is quantitative research, because the data processed is numerical. Testing in this research was carried out using regression analysis and t test to test the hypothesized effect. The data analysis technique in this research uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS 26). Apart from that, to test the influence of intervening variables using the Sobel test. The results of this research indicate that management has a significant influence on HR motivation. HR quality does not have a significant influence on HR motivation. Management does not have a significant influence on HR performance. HR quality has a significant influence on HR performance. HR motivation has a significant influence on HR performance. HR motivation is able to mediate the influence of management on HR performance. HR motivation is unable to mediate the influence of HR quality on HR performance.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce dan social commerce telah mengubah perilaku konsumen dalam berinteraksi dan berbelanja secara online, khususnya melalui TikTok Shop. Fitur live streaming yang interaktif menjadi daya tarik utama bagi Generasi Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh visibility dan metavoicing terhadap purchase intention dengan immersion sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada pengguna TikTok Shop di kalangan Generasi Z di Kota Semarang yang pernah menonton live streaming, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 170 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa visibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, sedangkan metavoicing tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Immersion terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, visibility dan metavoicing memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap purchase intention melalui immersion sebagai variabel mediasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat keterlibatan konsumen saat menonton live streaming TikTok Shop, semakin besar kemungkinan mereka untuk memiliki niat membeli produk yang ditawarkan.Kata Kunci: Tiktok Shop; Visibility; Metavoicing; Immersion; Purchase Intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud guna menelaah cara meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia dengan penerapan Work Life Balance serta Motivasi Intrinsik dengan Work It Self sebagai variabel intervening pada Bank Bapas 69 Magelang. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu karyawan pada Bank Bapas 69 Magelang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini melibatan 81 responden. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif. Teknik perolehan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan ialah uji outer model, uji inner model, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan software SEM PLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh jika Work Life Balance dan Motivasi Intrinsik berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Work It Self, Work Life Balance dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia, Work It Self dapat memediasi Work Life Balance dan Motivasi Intrinsik terhadap Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia.  Hasil menyatakan Work Life Balance terhadap Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia melaui Work It Self menghasilkan t statistic yakni 2.389 > 1.96 serta p values sebesar 0.017 < 0.5, dan Motivasi Intrinsik terhadap Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia melalui Work It Self menghasilkan t statistic yakni 2.663 > 1.96 serta p values sebesar 0.008 < 0.5.

Abstract

Competition in today’s business world is increasingly fierce. This is also felt by business owners in the trading sector, such as the owner of the Mutmainah Kudus Wholesale Store. The Mutmainah Kudus Wholesale Store is one of the largest wholesale stores in Kudus City. The Mutmainah Kudus Wholesale Store must understand the factors that influence customers satisfaction. The Mutmainah Kudus Wholesale Store must make several improvements and innovations to increase customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and business location on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. This study is a qualitative study, which is descriptive and tends to use analysis. The population in this study was all customers of the Mutmainah Kudus Wholesale Store. The sample in this study was thirty customers of the Mutmainah Kudus Wholesale Store aged seventeen years and above. The results of this study indicate that the variabels of service quality and business location studied have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the customer satisfaction variable also showed a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.
