Abstract

Learning media is one of the keys to achieving success in the learning process in the classroom. This research aims to obtain, examine, and discuss several utterances in Indonesian language learning videos on the Kejarcita YouTube channel. This research uses a methodological approach (qualitative approach) and a theoretical approach in the form of pragmatics (directive speech acts). The data source for this research was obtained from videos in the "SMP Bahasa Indonesia" playlist uploaded to social media, namely YouTube, from December 2022 to September 2024 on the Kejarcita YouTube channel. This research discusses directive speech acts in junior high school Indonesian language learning videos on the Kejarcita YouTube channel. There are 23 directive speech acts on the Indonesian Middle School playlist Kejarcita YouTube channel. The author groups the data into five subchapters according to the type of directive speech act. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide additional knowledge and can be used as learning reference material for readers, especially in pragmatic studies.

Abstract

Kartika Jaya Village, Patebon Subdistrict, Kendal Regency, has significant oyster aquaculture potential, yet the cultivation practices remain traditional and unstructured. This community service program aimed to enhance technical skills in oyster farming and strengthen the fishermen’s institution through organizational structuring and formal legalization. Training focused on integrated farming techniques, water quality management, as well as business management and digital marketing. Evaluation results showed participants’ understanding increased across all training aspects, with average pre-test to post-test scores improving by 25–40%. Legalization via a Village Government Decree provided access to government assistance and expanded market reach. The program demonstrates that combining technical training with institutional strengthening is an effective strategy to enhance productivity, fishermen’s welfare, and sustainable coastal economic development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence carbon emission disclosure in LQ45 Index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023. The research population comprised 62 LQ45 companies, from which 25 companies were selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 100 units of analysis. Data were obtained through documentation techniques using secondary data sources. The analysis methods include descriptive analysis, regression assumption tests (comprising regression data tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and Moderated Regression Analysis), and additional testing using robust regression. All statistical analyses were conducted using Eviews version 12. The findings show that sales growth and industry type do not have a significant effect on carbon emission disclosure. In contrast, environmental performance has a significant positive effect on carbon emission disclosure. Furthermore, environmental commitment acts as a moderating variable that strengthens the relationship between the influencing factors and carbon emission disclosure. The study recommends that future research consider additional relevant variables and expand the scope to include other sectors beyond the LQ45 Index. It also encourages companies with high sales growth and those in carbon-intensive industries to increase their carbon emission disclosure as part of their environmental responsibility.
