Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a technology that can think like humans that is run by robots that are not natural from humans themselves. One of the increasingly popular applications of AI technology is chatbots, which are computer programs designed to communicate with humans naturally and responsively. In the context of vocational education, especially in vocational schools majoring in Computer Engineering and Networks, programming logic skills are one of the competencies that students must have. Various studies show that many vocational school students have difficulty understanding the concept of programming logic. This satisfaction is often caused by the limited innovative learning media that can explain concepts in an adaptive way according to student needs. Therefore, this study aims to highlight the extent to which the use of AI-based chatbots can participate in improving the programming logic skills of 12th grade vocational school students majoring in TKJ. The use of AI chatbots as interactive learning media has proven effective in improving the programming logic skills of 12th grade vocational school students majoring in TKJ.

Abstract

Abstrak Teknologi informasi merupakan suatu bagian yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan atau lembaga. Penggunaan TI terkadang tidak sesuai dengan harapan, hal ini dikarenakan investasi TI yang semakin besar ternyata tidak diikuti dengan dukungan yang semakin besar. COBIT 5 (Control Objectives For Information and Related Technology) merupakan salah satu kerangka kerja framework dalam mendukung tata kelola teknologi informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 dalam tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) guna mendukung pencapaian visi, misi, dan tujuan organisasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menyediakan panduan praktis bagi praktisi TI dan pembuat kebijakan di berbagai organisasi untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi tata kelola TI yang terstruktur dan terintegrasi menggunakan COBIT 5. Kata kunci: teknologi infromasi, tata kelola, COBIT 5, analisis, organisasi Abstract Information technology is a very important part for companies or institutions. The use of IT sometimes does not meet expectations, this is because increasingly large IT investments are not accompanied by greater support. COBIT 5 (Control Objectives For Information and Associated Technology) is a framework to support information technology governance. The aim of this research is to analyze the application of the COBIT 5 framework in Information Technology (IT) governance to support the achievement of the organization's vision, mission and goals. Thus, this research is expected to provide practical guidance for IT practitioners and policy makers in various organizations to develop and implement integrated and integrated IT governance strategies using COBIT 5.
