Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the Triggers of KPTS Policy Conflict in Poverty Alleviation in Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province. This study uses descriptive and analytical methods. The results of the study indicate that the triggers of KPTS Policy Conflict in poverty alleviation in Pohuwato Regency are central government policies and global situations that are irrelevant and do not contribute to the implementation of KPTS. This study also produces recommendations in the form of the need for innovation in local wisdom value policies with the Mopohulita model.

Abstract

The implementation of the School Complete Achievement Card Policy (KPTS) has been going on for a decade or 10 (ten) years. The hope is to overcome the problem of students from poor families who cannot go to school for reasons of cost. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to describe the evaluation of the impact of KPTS Policy that has been going on for 10 (ten) years, in Pohuwato Regency. This study used descriptive methods, analysis and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the KPTS Policy had a positive impact on completing the education level of students from poor households, as well as making a significant contribution in reducing the dropout rate during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pohuwato Regency. This study also produced recommendations in the form of the need for policy innovation of local wisdom values with the Mopohulita model.

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing indicators that can have a significant impact on employee performance in the organizational environment of PT Idea Indonesia Tbk. The main focus involves several aspects such as work environment, work motivation, and management support as key elements that play an important role in shaping and influencing employee productivity. This study uses quantitative methods to determine how much influence the variable (X), namely performance indicators and variable (Y), namely company employees at PT Idea Indonesia Tbk. The data obtained was analyzed with multiple linear regression tests. As such, this study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the dynamics involved in improving employee performance. The results of research on performance indicators on employees have an F-test obtained F count of 3, 540 which states that all variables significantly affect the dependent variable (employee).

Abstract

Population development policies related to national and regional development need to be strengthened both conceptually and practically. At the policy level, population development must be able to integrate national and regional population issues to create the concept of population-oriented development. The purpose of this study is to describe population development policies in Boalemo Regency related to policy implementation; policy concept; and the situation and conditions of population development. The method used is Observation; Documentation; and FGD, with the support of secondary data analysis and document review. The results of the study indicate that generally the implementation of population development policies in the Boalemo district has been carried out optimally, but still needs to be improved, especially in: Population Quantity Development Policy; Population Quality; Family planning; Mobility; and Population data and information. The implementation of Population-oriented Development Policies and Sustainable Population Development need to be given top priority. For this reason, a very important factor to improve is the Human Development Index (IPM)

Abstract

Bina Mandiri University Library (UBM) Gorontalo has made progress in terms of services both conventionally and digitally. However, not all academic communities are interested in using the system, in the sense that there are still library users who need a conventional or manual service system. Therefore, a Hybrid library service policy is needed that combines the two systems. This study aims to measure the level of community satisfaction as service users for the implementation of the Hybrid Library service policy at UBM Gorontalo. The method used is quantitative descriptive using the General Guideline approach for the Preparation of Community Satisfaction Survey by Permenpan RB 2017. The results showed that the implementation of the Hybrid library service policy at UBM Gorontalo as a whole, the assessment of service elements was on average assessed by respondents with good and very good categories. The dominant service element is the compatibility between the service product and the service aspect; The competence of service personnel is quite adequate and has experience in various libraries; and prompt and precise handling of complaints
