Abstract

This study focused on seeing the effect of mediation of job satisfaction  between competency and motivation towards lecturer achievement and also   partially   tested  both  variables. The object of this study was lecturers at    universities in Gorontalo, with 100 respondents by spreading quisioner online. This study also uses structural equation technique with data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that competency variables have a positive and significant influence both partially and mediation of job satisfaction to lecturer achievement. This research can be a reference for universities in looking at competency and motivation relationships through mediating of job satisfaction  towards  lecturer  awards to be able  to  take  the  right policies. This research in the design is static, the model that we developed based on empirical studies and testing that is only limited to putting together a simple relationship related to  competency  variables  and  motivation as variables that can affect lecturer achievement by mediation of job satisfaction  variables.

Abstract

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui implementasi ke-bijakan program bantuan benih jagung hibrida di Kabupaten Gorontalo; 2) untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat implementasi kebijakan-prog-ram bantuan benih jagung hibrida di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis peneli-tian deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian & penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) implementasi kebijak-an Program Bantuan Benih Jagung Hibrida di Kabupaten Gorontalo be-lum berjalan secara optimal, yaitu terbatasnya sumber daya manusia dan dan sumber daya anggaran, standar operasional prosedur yang telah di atur oleh Menteri Pertanian masih perlu penyesuaian SOP di tingkat daerah karena terdapat beberapa SOP masih perlu kesepakatan dengan dinas terkait di tingkat provinsi, serta pemahaman masyarakat khusus-nya kelopmpok tani terhadap kebijakan ini masih sangat minim; 2) ham batan implementasi kebijakan Program Bantuan Benih Jagung Hibrida di Kabupaten Gorontalo yaitu keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan sumber anggaran pendukung serta kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat khususnya kelompok tani terahadap kebijakan ini masih sangat minim

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) to determine and analyze the effect of training on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 2) to determine and analyze the influence of competence on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 3) to determine and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 4) to identify and analyze the effect of training, competence and motivation simultaneously on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo. This research uses quantitative research methods with observation data collection techniques, interviews, questionnaires, literature study and literature review. The data analysis technique used the SPSS 20 program, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research that the researchers conducted show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between training variables on employee performance in the office; 2) there is a positive and significant influence between competency variables on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 3) there are positive and significant influence between motivation variables on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 4) there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between training, competence and motivation on employee performance at the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation, and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of the Livable Housing Program (RTLH) in alleviating poverty in Bolaang Uki District, Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants in this research were the Social Office, Head of Sub-District, Sangadi and community who received RTLH assistance. Data analysis through data reduction, display data and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed the stages of implementation which included: Proposal verification, location assessment, socialization, location determination and verification of potential beneficiaries are deemed not maximally successful. The house construction stages include the assessment stage and the determination of the part of the house to be repaired and prioritization of the part of the house to be repaired is considered unsuccessful. Supporting factors are communication and disposition. While, inhibiting factors are the resources and structure of the bureaucracy.

Abstract

The influence of infrastructure and service quality on community satisfaction at the Regional General Hospital BumiPanua of Pohuwato Regency. This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of infrastructure and service quality on community satisfaction at BLUD of Regional General Hospital BumiPanua of Pohuwato Regency. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The sample in this research is the community and patients who have enjoyed services at BLUD of BumiPanua Hospital, Pohuwato Regency. Data analysis using multiple regression. The results of the research showed that the infrastructure has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction. Service quality has a significant influence on community satisfaction. Infrastructure and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction.

Abstract

The research objectives are: to determine the factors that affect debtor compliance in credit settlement at PT. Mandala Mtufinancial, Tbk Cab. Tilamuta. This type of research used in this research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Researcher's descriptive approach wants to describe or describe the facts or circumstances or symptoms that appear in PT. Mandala Multifinance, Tbk Cab.Tilamuta. The results of this study are that natural factors that hinder debt repayment are crop failure for farmers and business instability by Civil Servants (PNS) because at this time they are still in the process of monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic. The consumer character that appears because the attitude and service of the company are not in accordance with the initial promise that the creditor has conveyed to the debtor. At maturity, the creditor provides a grace period of 3 days even up to 1 week when due, although the creditor has been given a grace period, unlike providing relief because the intervals of one day at maturity have been contacted directly by the company. The settlement taken by the company or the debtor in the process of handling credit is in the form ofRescheduling, Reconditioning and Restructuring.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the financial planning process in Towayu Village, Paguyaman Pantai District, Boalemo Regency. This type of research used in this research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The descriptive approach of the researcher wants to describe or describe how village financial planning is in Towayu Village, Paguyaman Pantai District. The result of this research is that the draft RPJMDes will be discussed and agreed upon by the Village Head and BPD and then stipulated as a Village Regulation concerning the RPJMDes no later than 3 months after the elected Village Head is appointed. It is often found that the Towayu Village Government has not fully adjusted the actual RPJMDes flow to PERMENDAGRI No. 113 of 2014. Because those met in the field turned out that the preparation of the RPJMDes in the Towayu Village Government was only carried out towards the end of the year. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Bank Sulutgo Limboto in November 2020. With the aim of research to determine the influence of leadership, organizational culture, work commitment on employee performance at the Bank Sulutgo Limboto. This research was traced using multiple linear regression analysis method. The research location chosen was the Limboto Branch of Bank SulutGo in Gorontalo Regency and was carried out around October-November 2020. The study population was employees of Bank SulutGo Limboto branch with a total of 40 people. Sampling is done by means of saturated samples or census because the number of employees is 40 people so all of them are taken to represent research information. As for the research components to be studied are the dependent variable / dependent variable (performance of Bank SulutGo employees), and the independent variables / independent variables are (leadership, organizational culture, and work commitment). Primary data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and surveys using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive influence between leadership on employee performance of 3.103> 0.685 and p value of 0.004 <0.005, work commitment had an effect on the performance of Bank Sulutgo employees of 3.171> 0.685 and p value of 0.003 <0.005 and organizational culture had an effect on the performance of employees of Bank Sulutgo Limboto is 3.053> 0.685 and p value 0.004 <0.005, simultaneously the three variables contribute positively on the employees performance of the Bank Sulutgo Limboto based on the F-count value (20.430) greater than the F-table value (2.863) and p value 0.000 < 0.005.

Abstract

The aim to be achieved in this research is to know in-depth about the results of the analysis of cash flow reports in the local government of Boalemo Regency. In this study, researchers used quantitative research types. From the research population above, samples were taken from the 2017-2018 cash flow statement in the Regional Government of Boalemo Regency. The method used in this paper is descriptive quantitative using cash flow ratios. The results showed that the analysis of aruskas reports in the local government of Boalemo district was seen from: 1) from the results of the analysis of the Operational Cash Flow Ratio data after the analysis there was an increase of 5.5%, this explains that the Regional Government of Boalemo Regency has a good financial performance with an increase in the average increase; 2) from the results of the data analysis of the investment cash flow ratio, after the analysis was carried out there was an increase of 4.9%. Looking at the data shows that the average increase is good from 2017 to 2018. So that the Regional Government of Boalemo Regency is able to manage related cash management aimed at acquiring and disposing of fixed assets and other investments in cash; 3) from the data analysis, the Funding Cash Flow Ratio after the analysis is down to 4.6%. In financing cash flow reflects the demand and cash disbursements related to long-term loans; 4) from the results of the analysis of the Transitoris Cash Flow Ratio data, after the analysis, the value is still fixed or balanced by 2.6%. From these results it can be explained that cash flow from transitor activities reflects cash receipts and disbursements to the Regional Government of Boalemo Regency in government funding.
