Abstract

Learning evaluation is an important element in the educational process because it allows us to determine the extent to which students have achieved their competencies and helps improve the quality of learning. Objective tests are considered relevant because they can measure students' thinking abilities efficiently and systematically. However, in PAI learning, there are challenges because what is assessed is not only knowledge, but also understanding, attitudes, and actions in religion. This study aims to analyze the application of objective test instruments in evaluating PAI learning at SMA Negeri 1 Jetis Bantul, including how teachers create questions, the difficulties they encounter, and the impact on students. This study uses a qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation techniques, then content analysis is used to analyze the results. The findings indicate that teachers have applied HOTS-based questions in accordance with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum. However, students still have difficulty understanding long narrative questions, and objective instruments are not appropriate for assessing affective aspects. In general, students respond positively, but their learning style tends to be instant, relying solely on question outlines. To achieve holistic educational goals in line with the Pancasila Student Profile, continuous innovation is needed in the development of objective testing instruments that are capable of comprehensively measuring cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Warga RT 04 RW 03 Kelurahan Sukamaju yang selama ini mengalami permasalahan pengelolaan sampah yang belum optimal. Hal ini berdampak pada menurunnya kualitas lingkungan dan potensi munculnya gangguan kesehatan. Tujuan : Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga melalui pelatihan daur ulang berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Metode : Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan pembuatan produk daur ulang seperti tas dari plastik bekas dan kompos organik. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan sampah serta kemampuan mereka dalam mengolah sampah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi. Respon peserta sangat positif dan antusias, ditunjukkan dengan keberlanjutan aktivitas daur ulang pasca pelatihan. Kesimpulan : Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan dalam mendukung lingkungan bersih dan peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Educational evaluation is crucial for assessing student success and the effectiveness of educational programs. Formative and summative evaluations have distinct objectives. Formative evaluation focuses on the ongoing learning process, while summative evaluation aims to assess the final learning outcomes. The Scriven model combines both types of evaluation to improve student learning outcomes. This article discusses the application of the Scriven model to improve Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning outcomes at Ngrukeman Elementary School, Bantul. This study emphasizes the importance of evaluation in shaping students' character, developing their thinking, and enhancing social awareness. Educational evaluation aims to assess not only cognitive aspects but also affective and psychomotor aspects. With effective evaluation, teachers can identify students' strengths and weaknesses and design better learning. This contributes to improved student achievement and the overall quality of education. In this way, educational evaluation becomes a highly effective tool for improving and optimizing the learning process, ultimately supporting the achievement of comprehensive educational goals.
