Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan investasi di pasar modal. SIM memiliki peran signifikan dalam mengintegrasikan data pasar, laporan keuangan, serta indikator ekonomi sehingga memudahkan investor untuk membuat keputusan yang lebih akurat dan berbasis data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka untuk menggali manfaat, tantangan, serta peluang inovasi SIM bagi investor di pasar modal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIM yang tepat dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi keputusan investasi, meskipun masih terdapat kendala terkait kualitas data dan kemampuan teknis pengguna.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Pengambilan Keputusan, Pasar Modal.Abstract - The purpose of this research is to examine how Management Information Systems (MIS) assist in capital market investment decision-making. In order to help investors make more precise and data-driven decisions, MIS is crucial in integrating market data, financial reports, and economic indicators. This study examines the advantages, difficulties, and potential for innovation of MIS for capital market investors using a literature review methodology. Although issues like data quality and technical user capabilities still exist, the results demonstrate that effective MIS deployment can increase productivity and decision-making accuracy in investments.Keywords: Management Information Systems, Decision Making, Capital Markets.

Abstract

This research discusses whether customer experience influences customer loyalty at Seblak Teh Windy in Karawang. This research uses simple linear regression analysis and descriptive data in written and spoken words from the objects observed. The data collection technique in this research was a questionnaire; the population in this research was all people who had tried Seblak Windy Tea in Karawang, while the sample used in this research was 106 respondents. Variable X in this research is Customer Experience with Sense, feel, think, act, and related indicators. Meanwhile, Variable Y in this research is Customer Loyalty with Repeat purchase, retention, and referrals indicators. From the results of testing the feasibility of the model (F Test), the result is that the simple linear regression model cannot be used to predict Customer Loyalty, which is influenced by Customer Experience, as evidenced by the calculated F value being greater than the significant value, the simple linear regression model cannot be used to predict Customer Loyalty which is influenced by Customer Experience.
