Abstract

This community service article aims to analyse the impact of digital business implementation on strengthening the potential of MSMEs in Mekarharja Village, Purwaharja Subdistrict, Banjar City, West Java. MSMEs not only create jobs and drive local economic growth, but also support social inclusion and provide new opportunities for MSMEs to access global markets through e-commerce. This research uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The research data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and document review studies to support the research. the findings of this service confirm that the implementation of digital-based businesses provides a solid foundation for promoting the growth and strengthening of MSMEs in today's sophisticated era. the findings of this service confirm that the implementation of digital-based businesses provides a solid foundation for promoting the growth and strengthening of MSMEs in today's sophisticated era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran Pesantren dalam mendorong minat santri untuk berwirausaha. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan Hierarchical Component Models (HCM), dimana variabel dukungan pesantren dan karakter wirausaha sebagai upper construct memiliki beberapa subdimensinya masing-masing. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 119. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dukungan pesantren dan karakter wirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap minat wirausa. Dukungan pesantren dapat mempengaruhi karakter wirausaha santri, sehingga penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung dari dukungan pesantren tehadap minat berwirausaha melalui karakter wirausaha. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dalam menyusun kerangka program pengembangan minat berwirausaha santri di Pesantren. This research aims to investigate the role of Islamic boarding schools (Pesantren) in influencing the entrepreneurial interest of students (santri). The analytical approach employed in this study is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) utilizing the Hierarchical Component Models (HCM) framework. In this framework, the variables of Pesantren support and entrepreneurial characteristics, as the upper-level constructs, encompass several respective sub-dimensions. The sample size used for the study comprises 119 participants. The findings reveal that both Pesantren support and entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive impact on entrepreneurial interest. Specifically, Pesantren support can influence the entrepreneurial characteristics of the students. Thus, this study identifies an indirect influence of Pesantren support on entrepreneurial interest through the mediation of entrepreneurial characteristics. The outcomes of this research are expected to serve as a valuable reference for devising a framework for the development of entrepreneurial interest among students within the Pesantren.
