Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepatuhan terhadap penerapan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) di rumah sakit. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain scoping review yang disusun berdasarkan pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR), dengan tujuan untuk memetakan secara komprehensif berbagai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di rumah sakit. Hasil: Review jurnal menunjukkan bahwa penerapan K3 di rumah sakit dipengaruhi oleh sikap dan pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan, ketersediaan APD, serta dukungan manajemen melalui pelatihan, penyuluhan, dan pemantauan. Berbagai potensi risiko seperti jatuh, tersandung, tersengat listrik, hingga gangguan keamanan masih ditemukan sehingga diperlukan pengendalian risiko yang tepat serta sosialisasi dan pemeriksaan berkala. Meskipun beberapa rumah sakit telah menerapkan sistem K3, pelaksanaannya belum optimal, terutama karena kendala seperti pandemi COVID-19. Faktor organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan karakteristik individu juga berperan namun masih kurang diperhatikan, terlihat dari minimnya pelaporan kecelakaan kerja. Perbaikan pelaporan dan penguatan komitmen manajemen diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas K3 di rumah sakit. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh variabel pengetahuan, sikap, masa kerja, ketersediaan fasilitas, dan dukungan pimpinan terhadap penerapan K3RS

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menilai atau mengevaluasi penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) di Rumah Sakit X di Kota Semarang yang standar penilaian disesuaikan dengan standar Permenkes No. 66 Tahun 2016. Metode penelitian. Penelitian evaluasi ini merujuk pada salah satu teori yang bernama CIPP (Context-Input-Process-Product). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, yang dimana variabel tidak dinyatakan secara operasional seperti pada penelitian kuantitatif, melainkan dalam bentuk fokus atau isu sentral yang dijelajahi secara mendalam. Adapun instrumen penelitian ini berupa evaluasi penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Rumah Sakit (K3RS) sesuai dengan Permenkes No. 66 Tahun 2016. Informan dalam pengambilan data adalah peneliti sendiri. Informan pendukung lainnya sebanyak 3 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara mendalam yang terdiri dari tim K3RS salah satu RS Keluarga di Semarang. Tahapan selanjutnya dalam penelitian ini meliputi proses pengumpulan data, yang dilakukan secara sistematis melalui berbagai metode yang telah ditentukan untuk memperoleh informasi yang relevan dan akurat. Setelah data terkumpul, dilakukan penyajian data dalam bentuk peta gambar dengan bantuan software NVivo 12. Implementasi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Rumah Sakit (K3RS) memerlukan komitmen manajemen, penerapan manajemen risiko, pelatihan berkelanjutan, serta dukungan sarana prasarana yang memadai. Pelaksanaannya mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 66 Tahun 2016 tentang K3 Rumah Sakit yang menekankan keselamatan pasien, mutu pelayanan, dan penggunaan SOP. Meskipun menghadapi keterbatasan sumber daya dan kompleksitas standar, evaluasi rutin dan perbaikan fasilitas yang rusak dapat meningkatkan keselamatan serta kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit.

Abstract

Work acciden during the electrical maintenance directly affect the health of the employees, productivity losses, and company losses because of lost assets. A number of elements contribute to accidents, and by understanding these aspects, workers can take protective actions before an electrical disaster occurs. The "PRISMA" technique, which stands for recommended reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses, was used to conduct the study. According to the study findings, electrical accidents are caused by two factors: personal factors (personal stress, fatigue, social support, work stress, and self-extremity) and safety climate factors (safety participation, safety compliance, safety training, safety knowledge, safety motivation, work environment, and work procedures). Thus, it can be said that personal variables and climate safety elements are the main causes of electrical accidents.

Abstract

Background: Farmers are informal sector workers exposed to multiple health risks due to the unsafe use or storage of pesticides. Farmer are at high risk of pesticide poisoning, which can affect their metabolic disorders. This review aims to systematically examine the impact of pesticide exposure on health disorders in farmers’  metabolic systems. Subjects and Method: This was a systematic review using the PICO model. The keywords used for the search for the study were “Impact” and “Pesticide” AND “Exposure” AND “Farmers’” AND “Meta­bolism System” in various databases. The inclusion criteria in this study were studies discussing varia­bles, research articles, and articles published from 2021 onwards, while the exclusion criteria were articles that do not have access or are not full-text. Data were collected using the extraction form, which includes PICO, and assessed using the PRISMA diagram. Data analysis was done descriptively by comparing the research results. Results: The study found that pesticide exposure can affect the metabolic system, potentially damaging cells and causing oxidative stress by damaging lipids, proteins, and DNA, leading to genetic mutations and cell degeneration. The impact of exposure to glyphosate and arsenic pesticides causes liver and kidney function damage and decreased cardiovascular health. Exposure to paraquat, glyphosate, and oxyfluorophene causes Thyroid Cancer. Exposure to organophosphate and organo­chlorine pesticides causes Parkinson’s. Insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides cause sleep disorders. In addition, herbicide pesticides have a significant relationship with type 2 diabetes. Conclusion: Based on research findings, pesticide exposure impacts farmers’ metabolic systems, including the incidence of Chronic Kidney Disease, decline in cardiovascular health, Thyroid Cancer, Parkinson’s Disease, Sleep Disorders, and Type 2 Diabetes.

Abstract

Background: The construction sector is of particular concern with regard to occupational safety and health, given the persistently high incidence of accidents and safety risks. In 2021, there were 234270 cases of work-related accidents, underscoring the urgent need for the implementation of an effective occupational health and safety management system (OHMS) to protect workers and mitigate the risks associated with injuries and accidents.Objectives: This study aims to investigation is to ascertain the advantages of implementing an OHSMS in the construction sector, with a particular emphasis on worker safety.Methods: A literature review in this study employed online databases, including SINTA, Google Scholar, and Garuda. The keywords utilized were "safety culture," "OHS," and "safety management system" in the construction industry. The inclusion criteria were articles published within the last five years (2020-2024), research conducted in Indonesia, and the research population comprising construction sector workers.Results: The implementation of OHSMS in the construction sector has been demonstrated to significantly reduce the incidence of work-related accidents and injuries, while simultaneously enhancing the efficiency of construction projects. The effectiveness of the construction sector work system is contingent upon a number of factors, including the level of awareness among workers regarding safety protocols, their mindset, and the budgetary allocation towards ensuring the safety and health of workers in the construction sector.Conclusion: The findings of this study also revealed that the implementation of an OHSMS in the construction sector can effectively reduce accidents and enhance project efficiency. However, the field-level adoption of such systems is still constrained by various factors, including worker awareness and capital expenditure.
