<![CDATA[Profil Kesehatan Indonesia Tahun 2022 menyatakan bahwa ada sebanyak 9 provinsi yang memiliki capaian pemberian ASI eksklusif dibawah target nasional salah satunya adalah Provinsi Sumatera Utara (44,5%). Urgensi Penelitian ini adalah bahwa cakupan ASI Eksklusif berdasarkan profil Puskesmas Gunung Tinggi masih cukup rendah (43,7%) jika dibandingkan dengan target nasional. Salah satu alasan utama tidak tercapainya cakupan pemberian ASI ekslusif adalah karena ASI yang diproduksi ibu tidak lancar. Ketidaklancaran produksi ASI erat kaitannya dengan self-efficacy yang dimiliki oleh ibu postpartum. Self-efficacy merupakan keyakinan diri seorang ibu pada kemampuannya untuk menyusui atau memberikan ASI pada bayinya.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1)Melakukan pengukuran self-efficacy dengan instrumen Breastfeeding Self-efficacy Scale-Short Form (BSES-SF); 2)Melakukan pengukuran kelancaran produksi ASI dengan instrumen yang tervalidasi; 3)Membuat e-booklet dan menganalisis efektivitasnya terhadap peningkatan self-efficacy pada ibu postpartum; 4)Mengaplikasikan pijat oketani dan menganalisis efektivitasnya terhadap kelancaran produksi ASI. Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan quasi experiment dengan desain penelitian pre-test dan post-test with control group design. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 orang (20 orang kelompok eksperimen, dan 20 orang kelompok control) yang diambil dengan purposive sampling. Langkah awal dilakukan pretest pada kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol, selanjutnya diberikan intervensi pada kelompok eksperimen, kemudian dilakukan post test pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil uji Mann Whitney menunjukkan bahwa nilai p-value <0.05, artinya bahwa pemberian E-booklet pijat oketani efektif dalam meningkatkan self efficacy dan kelancaran ASI Ibu post partum di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gunung Tinggi. Disarankan kepada ibu postpartum untuk menggunakan e-booklet pijat oketani sebagai sumber pengetahuan yang dapat meningkatkan self efficacy dalam pemberian ASI kepada bayinya.Kata Kunci: pijat oketani, self eficacy, kelancaran ASIThe 2022 Indonesian Health Profile stated that there are nine provinces with exclusive breastfeeding rates below the national target, one of which is North Sumatra (44.5%). The inefficiency of breast milk production is closely related to the self-efficacy of postpartum mothers. Self-efficacy is a mother's confidence in her ability to breastfeed or provide breast milk to her baby. The objectives of this research are: 1) To measure self-efficacy using the Breastfeeding Self-efficacy Scale-Short Form (BSES-SF) instrument; 2) To measure the smoothness of breast milk production using a validated instrument; 3) To create an e-booklet and analyze its effectiveness in improving self-efficacy among postpartum mothers; 4) To apply Oketani massage and analyze its effectiveness in improving the smoothness of breast milk production. The method of this research is quasi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test with control group design. The sample size for this study is 40 people (20 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group), selected through purposive sampling. Initially, a pre-test was conducted on both the experimental and control groups, followed by an intervention for the experimental group, and then a post-test was conducted on both groups. The results of the Mann-Whitney test showed a p-value of <0.05, indicating that the provision of the Oketani massage e-booklet was effective in improving self-efficacy and the smoothness of breast milk production in postpartum mothers at Gunung Tinggi Community Health Center. It is recommended that postpartum mothers use the Oketani massage e-booklet as a knowledge resource to enhance their self-efficacy in breastfeeding their babies.Keywords: Oketani massage, self-efficacy, smoothness of breast milk production]]>
