Abstract

The main agenda of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the African Union (AU) Agenda 2063 is to end poverty and inequality in all its forms without exception through the economic empowerment of women. The broad geographical and cultural conditions as well as the demographic conditions of society, especially MSME actors who are dominated by women and have various levels of knowledge (education, knowledge) must be the main focus. This research answers the potential for using the Islamic financing model as a tool to increase the capacity of women's empowerment and what are the obstacles to financial independence for women in Morse Indah MSMEs. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach and descriptive analytical data analysis techniques. The results of this research are that microfinance institutions have a model in the form of providing access to financial services for women such as financing and business savings through training models in management and business development opportunities. Based on the curation of analysis and research findings, the obstacles are problems in the field of access to financing, and the encouragement of digitalization/onboarding of MSMEs for women/expansion of marketing through digitalization.

Abstract

Salah satu sektor yang terdampak oleh pandemi covid-19 adalah Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Padahal UMKM berkontribusi terhadap PDB sebesar 60,51% (senilai Rp9.580 Triliun). Namun demikian, kejayaan UMKM tersebut runtuh saat pandemi covid-19 melanda Indonesia Sebagaimana komitmen pemerintah dengan Millineum Development Goals (MDGs) yaitu diantaranya berusaha untuk memberdayakan kaum perempuan melalui pendidikan, peningkatan peran dalam masyarakat, ekonomi, dan sebagainya dengan memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan serta pendampingan terkait digitalisasi dalam pemasaran. Rumusan masalah dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan perempuan terfokus ibu rumah tangga tentang pemasaran digital, dan UMKM serta kurangnya pelatihan, pendampingan pada perempuan terfokus ibu rumah tangga dalam memahami cara/prosedur bertransaksi atau digital marketing. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pemberdayaan secara aktif partisipatif dan focus group discussion (FGD) serta conseling group menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan. Adapun hasilnya mitra dapat mempunyai pengetahuan, keterampilan terkait pemasaran digital, dan UMKM untuk kebutuhan sehari hari dan modal usaha sehingga kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat memberikan perubahan perkembangan kualitas kehidupan dan mentalitas yang baik serta energi positif berupa kemandirian dan terampil bagi perempuan. Beberapa cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk menerapkan digital marketing bagi UMKM, antara lain: Membuat akun Google My Business, Membangun website, Promosi di media sosial, Bekerjasama dengan influencer, Melakukan kampanye iklan, namun untuk sementara ini masih belum optimal karena masih terbatas pada pemanfaatan Whatsapp Messenger untuk sarana promosi dan memperkenalkan produk secara personal/pesan pribadi/japri/ personal chat. Belum optimal menggunakan atau memanfaatkan Whatsapp Business dan Whatsapp Marketing

Abstract

Abstract:. This research is learning tahsin at the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) in Amuntai Selatan District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. This research departs from the author's initial observation that there are already many students who have met the standards/rules of reading the al-Qur'an. Based on this, the objectives raised in this study were to determine the learning of tahsin at the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) in Amuntai Selatan District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency which includes the accuracy of letter makhrojul, accuracy of tajwid, tartil, and fluency. Sources of data in this research are students who study at TPA Nurul Huda, Padang Tanggul Village, TPA Nurul Iman Harusan Telaga Village and TPA Al-Muhibbin Telaga Silaba Village. The data collection technique was done by means of observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that learning tahsin in the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) in Amuntai Selatan District Hulu Sungai Utara Regency includes; 1) Accuracy of Letter Macrojul. On average, children / students who study at TPA Nurul Huda, Padang Tanggul Village, Nurul Iman TPA Harusan Telaga Village and Al-Muhibbin TPA Telaga Silaba Village are able to pronounce letter macros correctly and correctly. The child/student is fluent in pronouncing it letter by letter. 2) The accuracy of the Tajweed. On average, children/students who study at TPA Nurul Huda, Padang Tanggul Village, TPA Nurul Iman Harusan Telaga Village and TPA Al-Muhibbin Telaga Silaba Village are able to read the al-Qur'an by way of tajwid. Many of these children/tudents already know the laws in reading the Qur'an, such as the law of idzhar, idgham bi ghunnah, idgham if ghunnah, ikhfa, qalqalah, iqlab, and mad. 3) Tartil. On average, children/students who study at TPA Nurul Huda, Padang Tanggul Village, TPA Nurul Iman Harusan Telaga Village and TPA Al-Muhibbin Telaga Silaba Village are able to read the al-Qur'an by tartil. These children/students do not read the Qur'an in the way they like. The point is the way children/students read the al-Qur'an with songs in a regular manner. 4) Smoothness. On average, children/students who study at TPA Nurul Huda, Padang Tanggul Village, Nurul Iman TPA Harusan Telaga Village and TPA Al-Muhibbin Telaga Silaba Village are fluent in reading the al-Qur'an. The children/students are not intermittent, choked up, procrastinated in reading the al-Qur'an.

Abstract

Water hyacinth is a plant that grows in swamps and rivers. The presence of water hyacinth waste scattered across swamps and rivers makes rivers polluted. Having abundant and rotten water hyacinth waste can have an impact on health. There are empowerment activities for the community to utilize water hyacinth waste into handicrafts in the form of bags. The aim of community service is to utilize water hyacinth waste into craft materials that have sales value. The implementation of this service activity uses socialization methods and training on how to use water hyacinth waste to make handicrafts. Water hyacinth waste is cut into long shapes and then dried in the sun until dry. Results and discussion Water hyacinth waste leaves are taken and formed into the desired pattern. In forming the bag shape pattern, the size and shape of the leaves from the dried water hyacinth leaves will be arranged into handicrafts in the form of bags and other handicrafts.
