Pengelolaan sampah merupakan tantangan global, termasuk di Indonesia, yang diperparah dengan pertumbuhan populasi dan konsumerisme. Program bank sampah muncul sebagai solusi berbasis masyarakat, didukung oleh regulasi pemerintah. PT Kaltim Methanol Industri (PT KMI) turut berpartisipasi melalui program CSR “Bank Sampah,” bertujuan mengurangi volume sampah, meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat, dan memperbaiki ekonomi lokal. Keberhasilan program ini bergantung pada stakeholder relationship. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antar stakeholder dalam program “Bank Sampah” PT KMI menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan konsep Cooperation, Control, Coordination, Collaboration menurut Ali & Haapasalo (2023). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat cooperation yang tinggi antar stakeholder, ditunjukkan oleh partisipasi aktif masyarakat dan dukungan PT KMI. Mekanisme control berjalan efektif melalui monitoring dan umpan balik. Coordination yang baik memfasilitasi kelancaran operasional. Inisiatif collaboration mendorong inovasi. Peran pekerja sosial sebagai fasilitator, pendidik, dan mediator sangat penting dalam membangun hubungan yang harmonis. Penerapan Stakeholder relationship yang efektif, merupakan kunci keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan program “Bank Sampah” PT KMI. Waste management is a global challenge, including in Indonesia, which is exacerbated by population growth and consumerism. Waste bank programs have emerged as a community-based solution, supported by government regulations. This study analyzes the relationship between stakeholders in PT KMI's “Waste Bank” program using a descriptive qualitative approach and the concept of Cooperation, Control, Coordination, Collaboration according to Ali & Haapasalo (2023). This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed a high level of cooperation among stakeholders, indicated by the active participation of the community and the support of PT KMI. Control mechanism runs effectively through monitoring and feedback. Good coordination facilitates smooth operations. Collaboration initiatives encourage innovation. The role of social workers as facilitators, educators, and mediators is very important in building harmonious relationships. Effective implementation of stakeholder relationship is the key to the success and sustainability of PT KMI's “Waste Bank” program.
