Abstract

Adapun hasil Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pegawai dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai kantor Bappeda Kabupaten Sidrap. Dengan sampel 44 orang. Metode pengumpulan data Kuesioner, Wawancara, Observasi, dan Dokumentasi. Dan menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu Analisis Deskriptif Persentase, Instrument Penelitian dan Uji Hipotesis menggunakan Software SPSS 21 for windows. Hasil perhitungan penelitian diperoleh pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah t hitung 7,135. Dengan Sig 0,00. pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai t hitung sebesar 12,062 dengan Sig 0,00. Pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja adalah F hitung sebesar 25,537 dengan Sig 0,00. Dengan demikian kompetensi dan motivasi berpengarubh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to analyze legal protection for teachers in carrying out educational functions as an effort to realize teacher professionalism. As professional personnel, teachers play a strategic role in educating the nation and shaping students’ character. In practice, teachers often face physical and psychological threats, criminalization, as well as administrative burdens that are disproportionate to their legal literacy. This study employs a normative legal research method with a juridical approach and literature review of legislation, books, and related journals. The results indicate that legal protection for teachers is divided into two forms: preventive, including rights guarantees, educational policies, and professional codes of ethics; and repressive, through legal advocacy, dispute resolution, and protection from criminalization. Effective legal protection provides legal certainty, creates a sense of security, strengthens teacher professionalism, and positively impacts the quality of education.
