Abstract

This research investigates the multifaceted landscape of online education for students of higher education within Malang City, Indonesia. In today's digital learning era, the quality of Information System Service in online educational platforms stands as a critical factor. This study extends its scope beyond a straightforward examination of the direct relationship between Information Systems Service Quality and User Satisfaction  by introducing Individual Performance  as the final dependent variable, rendering User Satisfaction to be a mediating variable. Through meticulous quantitative analysis employing SmartPLS 3.0, this study unravels the fact that User Satisfaction emerges as a complement partial mediating agent, positively influencing the association between Information Systems Service Quality and Individual Performance for higher education students in Malang. This underscores the role of contented students in amplifying the positive effects of Information Systems Service Quality on their academic achievements. Beyond contributing to the comprehension of online education, this research holds substantial implications for educational institutions and policymakers. It underscores the necessity of adopting a comprehensive approach that intertwines Information Systems Service Quality and Student Satisfaction to foster successful and satisfied online learners, not only in Malang City but also in broader contexts.

Abstract

Pengembangan keterampilan kepemimpinan dan self-development merupakan hal yang penting bagi mahasiswa, bertujuan untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan guna menghadapi tantangan kompleks di dunia kerja global yang terus berkembang. Untuk mengatasi kesenjangan tersebut diadakan sebuah program pengabdian masyarakat, yakni menyediakan pelatihan bagi mahasiswa, untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kepemimpinan, memfasilitasi pengembangan diri yang holistik, serta mempersiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi tantangan. Melalui pelatihan dengan metode ceramah memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk berbagi pengalaman dan memperdalam pemahaman teoritis. Dengan melakukan metode ini juga dapat memberikan ruang interaksi yang dinamis dan inklusif bagi peserta pelatihan, yang dirancang khusus untuk memperkuat kapasitas mahasiswa dalam memimpin serta mengembangkan potensi diri. hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan memiliki ketertarikan untuk mengembangkan diri. pemahaman mereka tentang pentingnya leadership dan self development akan memberikan dampak positif jangka panjang bagi perkembangan pribadi dan profesional mahasiswa di masa depan maupun kemampuan mereka untuk menerapkan konsep-konsep tersebut secara efektif dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This research sought to investigate the association between workload and job satisfaction in PT X employees, as well as how job stress also moderated the association were organizational citizenship behavior. The data collection method was an online questionnaire, with a saturated sample of 135 employees of PT X. Explanatory and quantitative research approaches were used in SEM-PLS 3.0 analysis of the data. The investigation's findings indicate that being overly busy has a detrimental influence on work satisfaction. Workload significantly reduces stress at work. Job satisfaction is significantly impacted negatively by job stress. Organizational citizenship behavior is negatively impacted by workload. Organizational citizenship activity has a considerable beneficial influence on job satisfaction. Work-related stress has a strong moderating effect on the association between workload and job satisfaction. The modulation of the relationship between workload and job satisfaction is greatly influenced by organizational citizenship behavior.
