Abstract

This research aims to examine basic concepts in morphology, especially those related to word formation in language. The main focus of this article is to understand how various morphological processes, such as derivation, affixation, composition, and reduplication, play a role in word formation in human languages. The method used in this research is a conceptual approach and theoretical analysis, by reviewing existing literature regarding morphological theories from a structuralist and generative perspective. The discussion includes an analysis of the different types of morphemes, morphological processes that change the form and meaning of words, as well as the relationship between morphology and semantics in word formation. The research results show that word formation in a language does not only depend on morphological structure, but is also influenced by the semantic and syntactic context in the language. In addition, the generative approach offers a more flexible view in understanding the dynamics of word formation, while the structuralist approach places more emphasis on the analysis of morphemes and affixes in a particular language context. This article also discusses the conceptual implications of morphological studies in the field of applied linguistics, such as language teaching and translation, as well as the importance of understanding morphology in the development of linguistic technology.

Abstract

The song Penyangkalan is a For Revenge song that carries the Alternative, hardcore and rock genres. This song tells the story of someone who denies being in a toxic relationship, struggling to deal with trauma, pain and the inability to face reality. With a semantic approach, this article aims to outline how the elements in the song "Penyangkalan" convey a message and form a deep emotional resonance for the listener. Data collection for this article used Library Research. Overall, this song illustrates that denial is a psychological trap that perpetuates suffering, creating a tense atmosphere that makes listeners drift into inner turmoil.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to determine the effect of emotional exhaustion on behaviour learning of students who work in study program of Psychology State University of Surabaya. It is a quantitative research. The population in this research were all students of psychology 2008-2011 who work and the total sample of 40 students. This research used purposive sampling. The analysis data method in this study using a questionnaire method for measuring emotional exhaustion and behavioral learning. Analysis data used a simple regression analysis techniques. The result of analysis obtained significance value of 0000 (p <0.05). Based on these results Rsquare is 0.43. It concluded that the effect of emotional exhaustion contributed by 43% in the remaining influence of behaviour learning and 57% is influenced by other factors not measured by the researchers. Keywords: Emotional Exhaustion, Behaviour Learning, And Students who Working Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kelelahan emosional terhadap perilaku belajar pada mahasiswa yang bekerja di Program Studi Psikologi Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa program studi psikologi angkatan 2008-2011 yang bekerja, dengan sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 40 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode mengumpulkan data yang digunakan adalah angket untuk mengukur kelelahan emosional dan perilaku belajar. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Setelah dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana, maka diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p<0.05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh Rsquare sebesar 0,43 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kelelahan emosional memberikan kontribusi sebesar 43% dalam mempengaruhi perilaku belajar sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diukur oleh peneliti Kata kunci : Kelelahan Emosional, Perilaku Belajar, dan Mahasiswa yang Bekerja
