Abstract

This survey aims to find out the influence of a growth mindset on the innovation skills of engineering students. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data analysis techniques used were inferential statistics, while the hypothesis testing techniques used were simple regression analysis techniques. Research instrument tests are tested with validity and reliability tests using SPSS for Windows applications. A simple regression prerequisite test consists of a normality test, a linearity test, and a  Breusch-Pagan & White test. Then the result of the hypothesis test is that the regression coefficient is positive, so it can be said that the direction of the influence of the variable X on Y is positive. So the influence of a growth mindset on innovation skills has a significant influence value where the determination coefficient (R square) is 0.412, which contains the understanding that the impact of the free variable on the bound variable is 41.2%, and the value of F counts = 97.964 with the significance rate of 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be concluded there is an influence on the growth thinking variable over the innovation skill variable.

Abstract

Kenaikan harga minyak dunia sudah tidak bisa dibendung oleh pemerintah, sehingga mengakibatkan harga bahan bakar minyak naik sesuai perhitungan pemerintah. Dilain hal, terdapat seorang guru  yang berangkat bekerja untuk mendidik siswa. Guna menyiapkan masa depan yang cerah dan membangun negara indonesia. Kreativitas mengajar sebuah keharusan untuk perkembangan pendidikan didalam proses pembelajaran. Sekolah menengah  kejuraun merupakan sekolah yang menyiapkan siswa-siswa yang terampil dalam bidangnya dan siap untuk bekerja, melanjutkan, dan berwirausaha. Berdasarakan kajian dapat simpulkan bahawasannya dampak kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM) terhadap kreativitas mengajar SMK sangat berpengaruh. Karena kreativitas merupakan produk berpikir kreatif. Jika guru proses berpikir kreatif terganggu dengan masalah ekonomi maka proses berpikir kreatif akan terganggu, sehingga tujuan pembelajaran yang diinginkan tidak tercapai secara maksimal.

Abstract

Current technological developments are rapidly advancing, as seen in the shift towards industrial automation, which is beginning to use robot technology as a substitute for humans. The challenge for vocational high schools is to prepare workers who are ready to face technological developments. The Mini CNC Classroom is an application of this challenge, expected to increase students' interest in learning machining techniques. This development uses the Borg and Gall research method, which involves ten stages of development. Meanwhile, the measurement of learning interest uses a qualitative research method in the form of documents and interviews. The results of the CNC Mini Classroom development can be applied in school environments, particularly at the 10th-grade level. Students' interest in learning is evident through their enthusiasm for learning, and the dropout rate has decreased. Meanwhile, teachers who use the classroom feel supported and are able to develop their teaching effectively.
