Implementation Of PUAP Program (Pengembangan Usaha Agribisnis Perdesaan/ Rural Agribusiness Development Effort) In Ngawi Regency. The Indonesian Government through the Ministry of agriculture in 2008 the new policy to overcome the basic problem faced released by the farmers through capital assistance given to Gapoktan (Gabungan Kelompok Tani/joint of farmer group) in poor villages, every Gapoktan receive donation Rp. 100.000.000,00 to  create Microfinance Institution-Agriculture (MFI-A). This policy is known as PUAP (Pengembangan Usaha Agribisnis Perdesaan/Rural Agribusiness Developement). In this research I want to analyze the implementation of PUAP program in Ngawi Regency in order to know why in such gapoktan this program can be well implemented while in others gapoktan cannot. And finally we can design the better implementation of PUAP program in Ngawi Regency. To conduct this research, I will start by stating two basic questions: What are the supporting factors implementations of the PUAP program? And what are constraining factors of implementations of the PUAP program?. The research result shows that the constraining factors consist of: Socialization process conducted by gapoktan still not optimal, The lack of an existing Penyelia Mitra Tani in Ngawi, The lack of willingness of the officials of gapoktan to work, no assessments from the government to actors involved in PUAP program, The abuse of authority by the officials of gapoktan, Bad appointment of bureaucrats in gapoktan, Lack of financial support, fragmentation among companions. While for supporting factors consist of : Principle of openness that has been implemented by official of gapoktan, Good behavior had by most of actors involved in the implementation of PUAP program.

This article aimed to describe a essay of Unesa Student 2013 class, relating to the structure of text and error analysis of Japanese language. These two viewpoints are considered important to see the student essay, with the reason that both of viewpoints relevant to the purpose of learning Japanese language 'sakubun' that is capable to communicate a case, circumstances, events, and opinions on to written language communication in good and right. The object were taking from student essay results of Prodi Japanese Language and Education with total 22 students. The obtained data will be analyzed using interpretive methods to student essay of Unesa student 2013class, to describe the characteristics construction of essay text relating to the use of conjunctions and classification as well as text categorization based on the sentence or main paragraph placement.

This study aims to describe main problems of Japanese language text study, current text research and its application in Japanese language learning. Referring to the understanding of text as the largest and most comprehensive set of language study, the understanding of concepts and limitations in text study required for language learners, especially foreign languages learners, students should understand the concept and limitation of the text. The research method used descriptive qualitative research methods. The study results gained conclusion that text in Japanese language studies focused on study of text structure, especially discussion of text coherence. The views on this issue become a basis for understanding applied in teaching Japanese as a foreign language. This study focuses on discussion mentioned various research problems that can be raised and an example of text study research results applied with Japanese Language Text Structure Classification, Japanese Language Material Teaching, and contrastif language study

One of the viable solutions to the fossil fuel energy crisis was to seek alternative sources of environmentally friendly energy with the same or better quality such as bioethanol. It was possible to produce bioethanol from organic waste, e.g., corncob. This research aimed to obtain the lowest exhaust emission levels of CO and CO2 generated from a gasoline motor that used a mixture of bioethanol containing 96 % corncob and RON 90 fuel. This research was experimental using Anova statistical data analysis method. The results showed that the lowest average of CO emissions was 0.177 vol% using E100 fuel, and the highest average was 2.649 vol% using 100 % RON 90 fuel, displaying a significant difference. The lowest average of CO2 emissions was 6.6 vol% using E100 fuel, and the highest was 7.51 vol% using 100 % RON 90 fuel, which was insignificantly different. The mixture variation with the lowest CO and CO2 emissions was E100.

Language skills that must be mastered in language are listening, speaking, reading and writing. Japanese language learning specifically kana letters in the 2013 curriculum is not discussed in detail in the main complementary books like the books in the previous curriculum. The kana kihon supplementary book is the result of a research development product that has gone through the process of assessing the quality of a book, both from the validation assessment, the level of practicality and effectiveness. Effectiveness Complementary textbook learning can be seen from observing the activities of teachers, students and completeness of learning outcomes. From the results of the Kana Kihon book research effectively used with the following details, namely, 1) based on student activities obtained a percentage of 81.99%, 2) based on teacher activity obtained a percentage of 81.93%, and 3) based on the results of completeness learning effectively used with the level the percentage of 83.78%. With a good category of the three percentages, the kihon kana book is effectively used in learning hiragana letters and katakana (kana) for high school students as early learners of Japanese. The supplementary letter kana for students in class X of SMA / MA certainly has advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, teachers should be developed, especially Japanese language teachers so that they do not refer to existing text books so teachers need to be more productive in developing books that are appropriate for their students.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan karakteristik-karakteristik bagian pendahuluan teks bacaan bahasa Jepang melalui sudut pandang bentuk ungkapan. Pemilihan topik pembicaraan dalam artikel ini dilatarbelakangi pemahaman bacaan dan kemampuan menulis karangan mahasiswa asing pembelajar Bahasa Jepang dapat dikategorikan belum baik. Penulis berasumsi bahwa kesulitan mahasiswa pembelajar bahasa Jepang dari Indonesia disebabkan karena pemahaman menyangkut karakteristik bagian pendahuluan teks bahasa Jepang. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman struktur teks bahasa Jepang khususnya menyangkut seluk beluk bentuk ungkapan yang mengisi paragraph pendahuluan. Pemahaman terhadap hal ini diharapkan pula dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Jepang khususnya kemampuan mengarang dan memahami bacaan bahasa Jepang. Penyelidikan dalam artikel ini menggunakan bahan-bahan bacaan dari buku pembelajaran yang digunakan di Indonesia. Metode analisis data penelitian menggunakan teknik-teknik analisis penelitian kualitatif melalui pendeskripsian masalalah penelitian dengan mengklasifikasikan karakteritik paragraf pendahuluan bacaan bahasa Jepang. Hasil penyelidikan menyimpulkan bahwa tipologi bentuk ungkapan dalam paragraf pendahuluan pada materi bacaan bahasa Jepang diklasifikasikan dalam lima kategori, yakni klasifikasi handanhyougen ni yoru kaishibu ‘pendahuluan teks yang dibangun melalui pernyataan-pernyataan’, gimon hyougen ni yoru kaishibu ‘paragraf pendahuluan yang dibangun melalui pernyataan berupa pertanyaan’, denbunhyougen ni yoru kaishibu ‘pendahuluan yang dibangun dengan pernyataan kutipan, informasi dari pihak lain’, yobikake hyougen ni yoru kaishibu ‘pendahuluan yang dibangun melalui pernyataan berupa sapaan kepada pembaca’, dan genzai kakokei niyoru kaishibu ‘pendahuluan teks yang dibangun atas dasar waktu kejadian’.

The compulsion to enter Hanashikata (speaking Japanese) class really makes it difficult for them to adjust to the learning process of Japanese speaking skills. There are many ways to improve speaking skills, but researchers prefer to develop teaching materials because they have a special attraction for students. Why is that? First, students compile a narrative first, they accidentally learn to arrange sentences according to correct Japanese grammar. If the sentences they produce are not in accordance with the correct grammar and correct vocabulary, it will make understanding difficult for the interlocutor or those who are listening. This can be used as a venue for the development of Hanashikata (Speaking Japanese) teaching materials.The objectives of this study are 1. To describe the quality of the feasibility of Hanashikata teaching materials for class B students of class B Japanese Language Education Study Program, FBS Unesa 2. To describe student responses to the development of Hanashikata teaching materials. This research is a development (R&D). The research subjects were 2018 class B students of the Japanese Language Education Study Program, FBS Unesa. The research data were in the form of the development of Hanashikata teaching materials, the quality of teaching materials and student responses to the development of Hanashikata teaching materials. Data analysis using descriptive method. The results of the first problem formulation research indicate that the average score of the validation results by experts on the feasibility of the Hanashikata teaching material used is known that the average score of the observer is 3.81. These results indicate that the development of Hanashikata teaching materials is categorized as feasible. The result of the second problem formulation research is that the student response shows higher learning outcomes after being given the development of Hanashikata teaching materials compared to learning outcomes before being given the development of Hanashikata teaching materials. Testing student responses using the Independent Sample T-Test.

Pelaksanaan pengajaran bahasa diera seperti ini telah memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi. Namun. pemanfaatan teknologi untuk pendidikan hanya dilakukan oleh beberapa pembelajar saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatkan hasil belajar dalam kemampuan menulis huruf kanji sesuai dengan urutan penulisan huruf yang tepat, dan (2) mengetahui respon pembelajar terhadap penggunaan kamus digital Akebi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis huruf kanji sesuai dengan urutan penulisan huruf yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 28 pembelajar kelas XI Lintas Minat II SMA Negeri 4 Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa tes dan angket. Kamus digital Akebi sebagai panduan untuk menulis huruf kanji dasar menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada hasil belajar dari pretest ke postest dengan rata-rata nilai posttest adalah 74,8. Tanggapan yang diberikan oleh pembelajar terkait penggunaan kamus digital Akebi sebagai panduan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis kanji berada pada kriteria tinggi. The implementation of language teaching in this era has taken advantage of technological advances. However. the use of technology for education is only done by a few students. This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes in the ability to write kanji in accordance with the proper letter writing sequence, and (2) determine the learner's response to the use of the Akebi digital dictionary in improving the ability to write kanji letters according to the proper letter writing sequence. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. The sample used in this study was 28 students of Class XI Cross-Interest II of SMA Negeri 4 Malang. Data collection techniques in this study in the form of tests and questionnaires. Akebi's digital dictionary as a guide for writing basic kanji shows an increase in learning outcomes from pretest to posttest with an average posttest score of 74.8. The response given by the learners regarding the use of the Akebi digital dictionary as a guide to improve the ability to write kanji is at high criteria. Abstract: VHS Graduated in the manufacturing industry occupies the job of CNC Operator position. The demands needs are in the manufacturing sector, labor has to professional competence. This study aims to identify and describe careers in the VHS Graduated Mechanical Engineering Program of CNC Operator Position. This study uses qualitative research, a multicase study type of research. The results of the research, include: (1) the work and competence of CNC Operator position, sets the machine, make programs, operates the machine; (2) incentives of CNC Operator position, obtained based on grade and holiday incentives; (3) salary of CNC Operator position, range earned by a technician is above the UMK in which area the industry is located.Abstrak: Lulusan SMK pada industri manufaktur menempati pekerjaan pada jabatan Operator CNC. Tuntutan dalam kebutuhan industri pada bidang manufaktur fabrikasi menghendaki seluruh karyawan mempunyai kompetensi yang profesional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan karier jabatan Operator CNC pada lulusan SMK Teknik Pemesinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian multikasus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan (1) pekerjaan dan kompetensi Operator CNC, yang meliputi pekerjaan: mengeset mesin CNC, pembuatan program, dan mengoperasikan mesin CNC; (2) Insentif yang didapatkan pada jabatan Operator CNC, meliputi insentif berdasarkan grade dan insentif hari raya; (3) rentang gaji yang didapatkan oleh jabatan Operator CNC menyesuaikan UMK daerah industri berada.
