Abstract

The culinary world today has always been one of the favorite destinations of many people. Not only abroad, but there are many culinary tours in the country. No exception in Indonesia which has interesting culinary tourism locations to visit. The problems that occur are, the lack of understanding of MSME actors about the importance of digital or technological knowledge and literacy in MSME actors to improve quality human resources, the ineffectiveness of MSME programs in supporting business implementation strategies to increase MSME competitiveness, the lack of understanding of MSME actors in maintaining business sustainability through innovative creation to increase MSME added value. This Community Service activity of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pelita Bangsa University will be carried out online and offline (hybrid), located at Perum Graha Kalimas 2 Blok C No. 20 Tambun, Bekasi Regency, West Java.

Abstract

The behavior of littering in tourist attractions is caused by many factors, such as: (1) Lack of socialization from the government, (2) Insufficient cleanliness facilities around the beach. People litter carelessly because the trash bins are located far away, which makes them dispose of waste around the areas where they sit and relax. (3) A dirty environment. The dirty state of the environment also serves as a reason for people to litter. The Community Service activity of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pelita Bangsa will be conducted online and offline (hybrid), located at the Cifest Culinary Market, Jalan Cibarusah Raya, Sukaresmi, South Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java, and also via Zoom.

Abstract

As the backbone of the global economy, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role. One of the success factors for SMEs is the effective management of Human Resources (HR). HR management is not only about recruiting and retaining employees, but it also involves strategies that blend human potential with business goals. Additionally, managing an employee team can be a challenge that requires the right skills and strategies. From sourcing top talent to designing effective training programs, everything needs to be well organized to support business growth and sustainability. The Community Service Activity of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pelita Bangsa will be carried out online and offline (hybrid), located at the Alam Raya Residence Cluster Block B2 No 12A, Sukasari, Serang Baru, Bekasi Regency and also via Zoom.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low level of digital transformation and marketing innovation among MSMEs amid rapid digital economic development. MSMEs play a vital role in local economic growth but still face limitations in technology adoption that affect competitiveness and economic resilience. This research aims to analyze MSME digital transformation strategies based on marketing innovation in improving local economic resilience in Purwasari, Karawang. A descriptive qualitative method was used through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings show that digital transformation is still in the early stage and not yet integrated into business strategy, while marketing innovation remains low, indicated by limited creativity, weak branding, and suboptimal digital utilization. This condition results in moderate economic resilience, where MSMEs can survive but not grow optimally. The study concludes that digital transformation and marketing innovation are important in strengthening MSME economic resilience, but require improvements in digital literacy, human resources capacity, and a more structured digital ecosystem.
