Abstract

There is no doubt that micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have become an important part of the Indonesian economy. However, they still face several challenges, such as not having a business legality and a lack of ability to take advantage of online sales opportunities. This study aims to identify the elements that influence the growth of MSMEs, with an emphasis on the importance of business legality and the use of social media for online sales. The approach using socialization to the community is used to provide an understanding of the benefits of business legality and online sales strategies. The results of the study indicate that having a business legality can provide better access to government guidance and bank credit. entrepreneurship education in Bantargebang Village, Bekasi City, which emphasizes the importance of digital adaptation and understanding business law Alignment of technology in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi laba perusahaan khususnya faktor internal perusahaan salah satunya yaitu Non Performing Loan (NPL) Dan Loan To Deposite Ratio (LDR) di PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat pada tahun 2015-2019, salah satu Bank Perkreditan Rakyat yang berada di Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui dokumen berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji pengaruh parsial (t-test), uji pengaruh simultan (F-test), uji korelasi pearson, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Non Performing Loan (NPL) berpengaruh negatif terhadap Laba Perusahaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan Non Performing Loan (NPL) memperoleh koefisien regresi -1.765438 dan nilai thitung sebesar -1.812453 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.0455 (0.0455 < 0.05). Dan nilai thitung > ttabel (-1.812453 > -1.672), sedangakan Loan To Deposite Ratio (LDR) berpengaruh positif terhadap Laba Perusahaan. Loan To Deposite Ratio (LDR) memperoleh koefisien regresi sebesar 2.678954 dengan nilai thitung 2.773421 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.0066 (0.0066 < 0.05). Dan nilai thitung > ttabel (2.773421 > 1.672). Secara simultan, Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Loan To Deposite Ratio (LDR) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Laba Perusahaan dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0.291558, menunjukkan bahwa NPL dan LDR berpengaruh sebesar 20.15%.

Abstract

The financial literacy and inclusion index for urban areas in 2022 is 86.73%, for rural areas it is 82.69%. There is a gap of 2.10% between rural and urban areas. Seeing this, it is necessary to pay special attention to outreach and education in rural areas so that the strategy for implementing financial education is to increase the quantity of implementing financial education in rural areas. Especially now that we have entered the era of society 5.o where all transactions use technology. Even though the development of technology is very rapid, there are still many business actors who do not understand the use of information technology (Sugiarto et al., 2022). In this digital era, it is expected to form an information technology, especially in the field of marketing. Business actors, especially Mrs. Asri as the owner of the Serangkai Rasa business herself, said that there is still a lack of socialization of financial literacy itself, this is an obstacle for the community, especially business actors, in keeping abreast of economic developments, especially in the industrial era 4.o where all transactions have been carried out in technology-based businesses. . This service activity can provide positive results for the Implementation of Financial Literacy Education and Digital Marketing for Home Industry Business Actors.

Abstract

Financial management is very crucial in practice, both personal and business financial management. This is very important, especially for MSMEs, because poor financial management will have an impact on bookkeeping and make income and expenses confusing, especially if the business being run has started to increase in sales. Financial recording is an important thing but is often underestimated even though there are many benefits that entrepreneurs get by recording financial reports. There are many reasons why a business has not recorded financial reports properly, such as a lack of insight into what it is like to make or record its own financial reports and there are no resources that can handle it, as is also felt by the entrepreneur who owns the Tunas Sari semprong located in Rengasdengklok-Karawang. Starting from this, in this community service, we aim to provide basic training in simple financial recording to improve the performance of entrepreneurs' businesses. Apart from the manual, we also provide understanding in operating financial records using a digital application in the form of BukuKas which can be installed on business people's smartphones. This makes it easier for entrepreneurs to operate financial reports. With knowledge of financial reports, we can easily find out our income and expenses and can be used as evaluation material in improving business performance and developing the business we own. From the results of this training, it is hoped that entrepreneurs will be able to record simple financial reports and be able to operate the BukuKas application to make recording easier.

Abstract

A business can survive if it has good financial knowledge. Financial management and business knowledge have always been the foundation. Along with the times, especially in the digitalization era, it is unfortunate when business people ignore the financial aspects and optimization of their business management. When the company's human resources are able to adjust to the changing times in industry 4.o, then financial management can be done. The purpose of this activity is to assist and provide consultation to business owners in one of the nasi padang restaurants in Cikarang. We come from an environment where business people do not know much about financial education and how to build a business so that it can grow and adapt to digital developments, as well as the lack of training and education provided for business people, especially for micro businesses. The focus of this community service activity is to assist business actors from business management to finance, so as to maximize the ability of their human resources, which is very much needed by business actors who have high competitiveness in this digital era. In the end, it is expected to provide solutions that allow business actors to optimize all business activities in increasing profits and sales, so that the business can survive and develop.

Abstract

Knowledge of finance plays a very important role in the sustainability of a business, from the main aspects of business finance and management knowledge are always the main foundation. As times progress, especially in the era of digitalization, it is very unfortunate when business people pay less attention to financial aspects and optimizing business management. Financial management can be carried out when the Human Resources in the business have the competence to adapt to current developments in the 4.o industry. Moved from a living environment where business actors have very little education regarding finances and how to manage a business so that it can grow and adapt to digital developments as well as the lack of education and training provided for business actors, especially micro businesses, in this community service activity We aim to provide assistance and consultation to business actors in Bumi Citra Lestari Housing which is expected to start from one business actor and expand to other business actors. This service activity is designed to focus more on providing business assistance starting from business management to finance, so as to provide maximum results with the competence of the human resources they have, especially for business actors who have high competitiveness in this era of digitalization so that in the future they can optimize all business activities in order to improve profits and sales as well so that the business can survive for a long time and continue to grow.

Abstract

The business world is a zone of uncertainty, to survive we must have value or competitiveness. One strategy to increase competitiveness is to adapt to current developments. In this digital era, we can use e-commerce marketing media as a place to sell. Apart from marketing and sales media, there is also an important thing that attracts customers, namely packaging. A common problem that occurs in the business world in this era of digitalization is not being able to adapt to technology, this is also an obstacle for the business world today. So the aim of this community service activity is to provide assistance and guidance in using the online e-commerce sales platform. Apart from that, to increase product value we will provide insight into packaging design with the ultimate goal for business actors to increase productivity and profitability of course. In this case, the method used is direct counseling and guidance at the Cyqul Food business location in Harjamekar Village, North Cikarang. Guiding the use of e-commerce and developing packaging design is very necessary to improve business.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology, competition in the mid-to-low-end business sector has intensified. Both large businesses and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are facing challenges and obstacles. On the other hand, MSMEs will have greater opportunities to market their products due to advances in information technology. When starting a business, branding communication is very important. Each individual has a different brand image. By using the right promotional strategy, effective branding communication can provide consumers with the opportunity to recognize certain goods and services, evaluate their quality, reduce purchase risks, and get different experiences and satisfaction. Every business field must have a strategy to increase sales. The right promotional strategy can communicate branding well. To achieve goals, every business sector needs a promotional strategy, especially for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Promotion planning is carried out to improve services and sales by introducing products to potential customers and improving services by focusing on online-based promotions by utilizing social media and marketing through the marketplace. In a startup business, where the business has just started and continues to grow, business actors are considered necessary to continue to develop products and find the right target market. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide an assessment of branding and promotional communication strategies to increase customers for this startup business.

Abstract

SIDJIE is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) engaged in food and beverage, especially coffee drinks. This place provides various types of food and drinks. On this occasion, through community service activities carried out to help MSMEs through several programs offered and have been compiled and discussed with interested parties. Starting from debriefing and assistance in preparing financial reports and digitizing promotions was chosen as an effort to help develop these MSMEs. After this activity, it is hoped that SIDJIE will find it easier to see the financial condition of its business so that in the future it can be even better at managing its business finances. Furthermore, with the marketing digitalization program, it is hoped that it will be able to increase public knowledge of this coffee shop business and indirectly increase SIDJIE's sales.

Abstract

Building the local economy through quality and sustainable traditional products at Khasanah Sari is a strategic step to improve community welfare and preserve culture. By addressing existing issues through training, digital marketing, product innovation and financial support, Khasanah Sari can grow and contribute positively to the local economy. Clear output targets will be a reference to measure the success of this initiative, making a positive impact on the community and the economy as a whole. Building a local economy through quality and sustainable traditional products involves community empowerment, product development and environmental sustainability By involving the community in production and marketing, their skills can be enhanced, creating new jobs.
