Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the tahsin tahfidz fathona program at Fathona Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Palembang. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The study involves 20 informants, consisting of the program coordinators, Tahfidz teachers, and students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion drawing. The validity test of this research data uses source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results and discussion indicate that the Tahsin Tahfidz Fathona program has been implemented effectively. This is evident through guidance, coordination, motivation, and continuous communication in the program’s execution. The implementation includes adherence to Tajwid rules, reading fluency, understanding of Makharijul Huruf, assessments and evaluations, teacher feedback, repetition of memorization (Muraja’ah), accuracy and fluency in reading, and the ability to connect verses during the program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan media sosial TikTok terhadap perilaku sosial peserta didik di era global. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh fenomena meningkatnya penggunaan TikTok di kalangan remaja yang berpotensi memengaruhi pola interaksi sosial dan nilai-nilai karakter di lingkungan pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket skala Likert yang disebarkan kepada 41 siswa Sekolah Islam Terpadu. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item pernyataan memiliki nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel (0,308), sehingga dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji reliabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,874 menunjukkan instrumen penelitian reliabel. Uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,092 > 0,05 yang berarti data berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan TikTok memiliki pengaruh nyata terhadap perilaku sosial peserta didik, dengan 68% responden menunjukkan perilaku sosial dalam kategori sedang, 22% kategori tinggi, dan 10% kategori rendah. TikTok berperan dalam membentuk pola komunikasi, ekspresi diri, dan interaksi sosial siswa, baik secara positif maupun negatif.

Abstract

Sebagai bagian dari upaya untuk menciptakan budaya gemar membaca di lingkungan pendidikan, pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan literasi baca siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi berbagai pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola perpustakaan sekolah dengan cara yang dapat meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan literasi baca siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus pada beberapa sekolah dasar dan menengah, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan perpustakaan yang terencana, yang mencakup penggunaan teknologi digital, keterlibatan aktif pustakawan, koleksi yang relevan, dan kegiatan literasi rutin, sangat berkontribusi pada peningkatan literasi baca siswa. Kesimpulannya, pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah yang baik tidak hanya berfokus pada pengelolaan buku; itu juga harus membangun program literasi yang berkelanjutan dan terlibat.

Abstract

This study examines how subjectivity and personal ambition influence the governance of educational institutions and affect the quality and relevance of educational services. Conducted using a qualitative literature review approach, the study analyzed books, journal articles, and policy documents related to educational management, leadership, and organizational governance through content analysis. The findings indicate that when decisions are influenced by personal interests, they can lead to bias, internal conflict, and reduced educational quality. Effective governance requires systematic, transparent, and participatory planning supported by ethical and professional leadership. In Islamic educational contexts, embedding moral and spiritual values such as justice, integrity, and responsibility further strengthens governance and leadership effectiveness. The novelty of this study lies in emphasizing the combined impact of human factors and ethical frameworks on educational management, highlighting the need for moral considerations alongside administrative systems. Practically, the findings suggest that educational institutions should implement objective decision-making processes and foster ethical leadership to enhance accountability and sustainability. Overall, this study contributes a comprehensive framework for understanding how subjectivity and personal ambition affect governance and provides guidance for improving institutional quality and long-term relevance in education.
