Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Skema Pegabdian Masyarakat Pemula dengan judul Pelatihan Penggunaan Sistem Running Text berbasis Internet Of Thins (IoT) untuk  pengumuman dan informasi  bagi siswa siswi guru dan staff di SMA Bhayangkari bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa siswi staff dan guru tentang penggunaan Internet Of Thins (IoT) di sekolah. Sekolah ini dipilih karena mempunyai potensi yang besar untuk pengembangan teknologi di tingkat sekolah, Meskipun ada kendala dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan perangkat Internet Of Thins (IoT) tersebut. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan teknologi informasi di lingkungan Sekolah, Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengetahuan tentang Penggunaan Sistem Running Text berbasis Internet Of Thins (IoT) untuk  pengumuman dan informasi sekolah menggunakan aplikasi android yang terhubung dengan wirelles Fidelity (Wifi) di tingkat sekolah, serta peningkatan keterampilan teknologi informasi. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan menggunakan aplikasi android dalam mengatur running text. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode pelatihan pendekatan metode ini yaitu tim mengadakan pendampingan dan pelatihan dengan praktik dan simulasi. Luaran yang ingin dicapai yaitu: siswa siswi staff dan guru dapat menguasai aplikasi Internet Of Thins (IoT) seperti menggunakan running text.Kegiatan ini dilakukan di aula SMA Bhayangkari, dihadiri oleh Kepala Sekolah Guru Staff serta Siswa Siswi SMA Bhayangkari Kotabumi Lampung Utara.

Abstract

Social media has become the main platform for the younger generation to get information and communicate. In this digital era, it is important to understand the influence of social media on students' enrollment decisions in higher education. This study aims to Analyze the influence of social media usage on students' enrollment decisions at STMIK Surya Intan. Find out the types of social media that have the most influence on students' enrollment decisions. Formulate strategies for utilizing social media to increase the number of applicants at STMIK Surya Intan. This research method uses a quantitative method with a survey research design. The research sample was prospective students who registered at STMIK Surya Intan in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were collected through an online questionnaire. The results of the study on the influence of social media usage on students' enrollment decisions. Information about the types of social media that have the most influence on students' enrollment decisions. Strategies for utilizing social media to increase the number of applicants at STMIK Surya Intan. The results of the analysis show that the frequency of Instagram use has a significant positive correlation (r = 0.75, p 0.01) with the decision to register. In addition, multiple linear regression analysis showed that both the frequency of Instagram use and the influence of friends' recommendations significantly predicted the decision to enroll (R² = 0.56, p 0.01). This finding indicates the important role of social media, especially Instagram, in the student decision-making process.

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence technology has significantly transformed financial auditing practices, particularly in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and fraud detection capabilities. This study aims to analyze the role of artificial intelligence in financial audits, identify opportunities and challenges for the accounting profession, and propose strategic recommendations for competency enhancement. The research employed a mixed method approach, combining qualitative analysis through in-depth interviews, case studies, and focus group discussions, with quantitative analysis from an online survey involving 120 auditors and accountants. The findings reveal that approximately half of the respondents have adopted artificial intelligence in auditing, with the main benefits being improved accuracy, efficiency, and fraud detection. Nevertheless, major challenges remain, including limited human resource capacity, algorithmic bias risks, and inadequate regulations. A competency gap analysis indicates that individual understanding of artificial intelligence is relatively higher than organizational readiness, highlighting the need for stronger institutional support. These results emphasize that digital transformation in auditing requires an integrated strategy combining enhanced technological literacy among auditors, adequate infrastructure provision, and the development of AI based auditing regulations. Accordingly, this study provides an important contribution to advancing the accounting profession in adapting to the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines effective human resource (HR) empowerment strategies to improve the local creative economy. The urgency of this research is based on the fact that the creative economy, despite being a driver of economic growth, has not reached its optimal potential due to the low capacity of local HR. This research is important to identify effective HR empowerment strategies to increase the productivity, innovation, and competitiveness of creative economy actors at the local level. The results are expected to serve as a reference for the government and stakeholders in formulating HR-based policies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the inhibiting and supporting factors of HR empowerment in the local creative economy sector, formulate strategies that are appropriate to the characteristics and needs of creative economy actors, and provide policy recommendations to increase this sector's contribution to local development. The method used is a qualitative approach with literature studies, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs). SWOT analysis will be used to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges, while AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis will be used to prioritize strategies based on weighted criteria. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between HR empowerment strategies and the improvement of the local creative economy. Through the analysis, the most effective strategy was identified as a combination of increasing technology access and business mentoring. The formulated empowerment model is applicable and evidence-based, providing policy recommendations for the government and stakeholders. Thus, this research contributes to the development.
