<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Childbirth is the process of expelling a fetus that occurs in term pregnancy(37-42 weeks). Sectio Caesarea is a process where an incision is made in the mother’s stomach (laparotomy) and uterus (hysterotomy) to remove the baby. A husband’s support plays a very important role in maintaining or maintaining a person’s interity, both phisically and psychologically. A person in a state of stress will seek support from other people so that with this support, it is hoped that they can reduce stress (anxiety. Apart from playing a role in protecting someone from sources of stress, husband’s support also has a positive influence on the health condition of pregnant women. Someone with high husband support will be able to handle stress well. To determine the effect of husband’s assistance on maternal anxiety levels during the sectio caesarea at RSIA Bunda in 2024. This research is research with correlation analysis. This research uses a cross-sectional research method, namely a research design that collects data at a certain point in time that occurs during the data collection period and can explain the relationship between these phenomena with a certain time.From the results of this research, the results of the analysis show that the significance value (p) is 0,019 which means that there is an influence between husband’s support and the level of anxiety of pregnant women in facing sectio caesarea. The results of the research show that there is an influence between husband’s support and the level of anxiety of pregnant women in facing sectio caesarea. It is hoped that the husband will accompany his wife during the birthing process because the husband’s role will influence the mother’s anxiety level during the birthing process. Keywords: Sectio Caesarea, Anxiety Level, Husband’s Assistance. ABSTRAK Persalinan adalah proses pengeluaran janin yang terjadi pada kehamilan cukup bulan (37-42 minggu). Sectio caesarea adalah proses persalinan dengan melalui pembedahan dimana irisan dilakukan di perut ibu (laparatomi) dan rahim (histerotomi) untuk mengeluarkan bayi. Pendampingan suami sangat berperan dalam menjaga atau mempertahankan integritas seseorang baik secara fisik ataupun psikologis. Seseorang dalam keadaan stres akan mencari dukungan dari orang lain sehingga dengan adanya dukungan tersebut, maka diharapkan dapat mengurangi stres (kecemasan). Selain berperan dalam melindungi seseorang terhadap sumber stres, dukungan suami juga memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kondisi kesehatan ibu hamil. Seseorang dengan dukungan suami yang tinggi akan dapat mengatasi stresnya dengan baik. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendampingan suami terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu selama proses persalinan sectio caesarea di Rsia Bunda tahun 2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan analisis korelasi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian cross-sectional, yaitu desain penelitian dengan mengumpulkan data pada suatu titik waktu tertentu yang terjadi selama periode pengumpulan data dan dapat dijelaskan hubungan fenomena-fenomena tersebut dengan waktu tertentu. Dari hasil penilitian ini menunjukkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai signifikansi (ρ) yaitu sebesar 0,019 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh antara dukungan suami dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi sectio caesarea. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh antara pendampingan Suami terhadap Tingkat kecemasan Ibu Selama Proses Persalinan Sectio Caesarea.Diharapkan suami mendampingi istri saat proses persalinan berlangsung dikarenakan peran suami akan mempengaruhi tingkat kecemasan ibu selama proses persalinan.
