Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of work period, work enthusiasm, level of education, mastery of information technology on employee performance at the Surakarta Region Food Crop and Horticulture Seed Center. This research uses a quantitative research design. The population and sample in this study were 50 employees of the Surakarta Region Food Plant and Horticulture Seed Center. The data analysis technique used for statistical analysis is the multiple linear regression test which is processed using SPSS software. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that Years of work, Work Morale, Mastery of Information Technology have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Meanwhile, education level has no effect on employee performance. Keywords :Employee Performance, Years of Work, Work Morale, Education Level, Mastery of Information Technology.

Abstract

This research is included in the type of quantitative descriptive research. In this study, the relationships or influences studied include job rotation, career development, organizational commitment, and performance appraisals on employee performance at the Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Service Office. The place where this research was carried out was in the Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Service Office. The time used by researchers for this research was carried out from the date of issuance of the research permit within a period of approximately 6 (six) months, namely July to December 2024. The population that will be used as research is ASN employees in the Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Service Office environment, totaling 110 employees. This study uses a saturated sampling method so that the sample taken is 110 employees with ASN status. in this study using two variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The two variables are the Independent Variable The variables taken are Job Rotation, Career Development, Organizational Commitment, and Work Performance Assessment (X) in addition to the Dependent Variable: Employee Performance (Y). The data obtained inThis research is then processed using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing that have been carried out, it shows that Job rotation, Career development, Organizational commitment, Performance appraisal have a significant effect on employee performance at the Pratama Sukoharjo Tax Service Office. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze pedagogical competence variables, infrastructure, motivation, and job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Grogol Sukoharjo . This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design. The population is all teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Grogol which amounts to 55 people. The sampling technique in this study is census technique or saturated sample as many as 55 people. Data retrieval using questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 24.00 for multiple linear regression analysis calculations, F tests, t-tests, and determination coefficients. The results showed that pedagogical competence, infrastructure, motivation, and job satisfaction affect teacher performance. Based on statistical tests obtained adjusted R square (R2) of 86.9% which showed that 13.1% changes in teacher performance variables were explained by variables of pedagogical competence, infrastructure, motivation, and job satisfaction, while the remaining 13.1% were influenced by other variables that were not studied, such as leadership, discipline, and school culture.
