Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dilakukan uji terhadap tiga balok dengan perlakuan yang berbeda untuk mengamati pengaruh penambahan CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) Strip terhadap frekuensi alami dan daya lentur balok. Balok-1 berfungsi sebagai benda uji kontrol tanpa perkuatan, yang memiliki frekuensi alami sebesar 7,813 Hz dan dapat menahan gaya lentur sebesar 73,5 kN. Balok-2 diperkuat dengan satu lapis CFRP Strip, menghasilkan frekuensi alami sebesar 8,105 Hz dan dapat menahan gaya lentur sebesar 106,5 kN. Peningkatan frekuensi alami ini sebesar 0,292 Hz atau 3,74% dibandingkan Balok-1. Balok-3 diperkuat dengan tiga lapis CFRP Strip, menghasilkan frekuensi alami sebesar 9,179 Hz dan dapat menahan gaya lentur sebesar 115,3 kN. Peningkatan frekuensi alami pada Balok-3 adalah sebesar 1,074 Hz atau 13,251% dibandingkan Balok-2, dan 1,366 Hz atau 17,492% dibandingkan Balok-1. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan CFRP Strip dapat meningkatkan frekuensi alami dan daya lentur balok.

Abstract

Due to the need for educational facilities, schools in Kabupaten Grobogan must expand their student capacity. The construction of a new building is one of the alternatives to meet these needs. To meet the needs of a 3-storey building, the new building must also be designed to withstand earthquake loads with the help of SAP 2000 v20 software. The results of this study found that the amount of Participating Mass Raatio in the school building is greater than 99%, the value of the Spectrum Response comparison with the Equivalent Static on the X axis is 104.52% and on the Y axis is 102.52%. Based on the calculation of the deviation between floors, if an earthquake occurs with the data that has been entered, the building does not collapse and the ratio of columns and beams meets the permitted ratio.

Abstract

The study was conducted at the SMK YATPI Godong building which has a land area of 1172 m2. 2017 to 2019 there was an increase in the number of students by 60.2%, so it is necessary to add new classrooms. Where the land area cannot be used to build classrooms horizontally, the school adds classrooms vertically by adding 1 floor to 2 floors. The study was carried out by testing the quality of concrete using the Hammer Test obtained 26.45 MPa, then modeling analysis using SAP 2000 software and manual calculations based on SNI 1729-2019. This analysis is made in 2 stages, first the initial conditions in the existing building, second the analysis of the existing structure with the additional load of the new classroom. Keywords: Structure, School Building, Hammer Test, SAP 2000

Abstract

Perencanaan ulang Jembatan Kalikondang dilakukan untuk memastikan keamanan, efisiensi, dan ketahanan struktur terhadap beban lalu lintas serta kondisi lingkungan yang terus berkembang. Jembatan ini dirancang menggunakan rangka baja tipe Warren dengan bentang utama sepanjang 60 meter, didukung oleh sistem pondasi tiang bor dan struktur atas berupa rangka batang. Sebagai dasar perencanaan, dilakukan analisis lalu lintas untuk mengetahui volume dan klasifikasi kendaraan yang melintas di lokasi tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada jumlah kendaraan berat, yang berdampak langsung pada pembebanan jembatan. Hasil perencanaan menunjukkan bahwa dimensi elemen struktur yang digunakan mampu menahan beban sesuai ketentuan SNI dan peraturan yang berlaku, dengan penekanan pada kestabilan global dan lokal struktur. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan desain jembatan rangka baja yang efisien dan aman di Indonesia.

Abstract

To meet the community's educational needs, existing schools are encouraged to increase their student capacity by building new facilities. As public infrastructure, school buildings need to be designed as reliably as possible, including their earthquake resistance. To ensure that a building is earthquake-resistant, this study analyzes it using the ETABS software. This research was conducted in Semarang City on a four-story school building. The results indicate that the Participating Mass Ratio of the school building is greater than 90%. The comparison of the Response Spectrum with the Equivalent Static method shows 92.80% along the X-axis and 87.85% along the Y-axis. Based on the calculated inter-story drift, if an earthquake occurs with the provided data, the building is expected to withstand the event without collapsing.

Abstract

The research was conducted in the Kudus Regency Public Services building which originally had a floor area of 1172 m2. In 2022 there will be development, so a new floor will need to be added. Where the land area cannot be used to build horizontally, add vertical floors to a 2-story building to become 3 floors. The research was carried out by testing the quality of concrete using the Hammer Test, obtaining a result of 20.75 MPa, then modeling analysis was carried out using SAP 2000 v14 software and manual calculations based on SNI 03-2847-2002, SNI 031726-2012, and SNI 1729-2015. This analysis was carried out in 3 stages, the first was an analysis of the initial conditions of the existing building, the second was an analysis of the existing structure with the additional load of the new floor, and the third analysis was with the additional load and structural strengthening. The results of the structural analysis stages 1 and 2 stated that the beam structural elements experienced overstrength (O/S) or could not withstand the additional load of the 3rd floor. With this data, structural reinforcement calculations were carried out using the concrete jacketing method with a number of longitudinal reinforcement 7D16 stirrups Ø10-100 for beams and the amount of longitudinal reinforcement 8D19 stirrups Ø10-100 and the method of strengthening with steel profile IWF 200.200.8.12.
