Abstract

This article contains a description of the moral values ​​found in Serat Pustakaraja by R.Ng.Ranggawarsita. The theory used is the theory of intrinsic elements in the narrative text of Panuti Sudjiman. The description of moral education is obtained based on an analysis of the intrinsic elements in the form of plot and plot of the Kunthi Choose play which is one of the stories in Serat Pustakaraja. Based on the plot analysis, moral values ​​are described in the form of proverbs or called unen-unen in Javanese. In the next story, these moral values ​​become the implementation of character education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the implementation of the HOTS-based Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model and its impact on the collaborative skills of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Laweyan Surakarta. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Laweyan Surakarta. The subjects of this study were 28 fifth-grade students, the fifth-grade teacher, and the principal of SD Negeri Laweyan Surakarta. This study employed a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection utilized source triangulation and technique triangulation. The data were analyzed using a cyclical model comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. Based on the data analysis, the study concludes the following: (1) The HOTS-based PjBL model effectively enhances students’ collaborative abilities by actively involving them in problem formulation, solution design, and completing projects together in groups; (2) The HOTS-based PjBL model effectively develops students’ critical thinking skills through project-based learning activities that emphasize analysis, evaluation, and creation; and (3) The HOTS-based PjBL model significantly improves students’ communication skills through project-based learning activities that require in-depth analysis, group discussions, and presentations of their work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan metode SAS dengan bantuan media Education Card terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan peserta didik kelas 1 SD Negeri Joglo Surakarta pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu, penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Joglo Surakarta. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas 1A dan 1B yang berjumlah 52 peserta didik yang semuanya dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Untuk memastikan keakuratan alat ukur, dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil dari uji prasyarat analisis instrument menunjukkan bahwa seluruh butir soal valid dan reliabel, dengan nilai r hitung melebihi r tabel serta reliabilitas Cronbach’s alpha yang lebih tinggi dari 0,60. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik analisis data dibagi menjadi dua antara lain uji prasyarat analisis dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Independent Sample T-test. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan metode SAS berbantuan media Education Card terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan peserta didik. Uji Independent Sample T-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 tepatnya 0,003, serta hasil t-hitung dari uji Independent Sample T-test adalah 3,123 yang lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel 1,675. Hal ini berarti bahwa penggunaan metode dan media memiliki keefektifan dalam kemampuan membaca permulaan peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, analyze, and describe the implementation of a learning model based on the traditional game Dhakon as a means of preserving local wisdom among fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Sarimulyo Kemusu. It also explores the supporting and inhibiting factors encountered during the implementation process. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included the principal, the fifth-grade teacher, and selected students, chosen purposively. To ensure data validity, the study utilized triangulation of techniques and sources, increased observational persistence, and references to relevant literature. The findings reveal that the Dhakon-based learning model effectively instills values of local wisdom such as cooperation, sportsmanship, patience, and a love for national culture. The implementation was integrated into thematic learning, character-building activities, and local content lessons. Despite facing challenges such as limited instructional time and lack of supporting media, these issues were addressed through teacher innovation and school-wide collaboration. Thus, the Dhakon traditional game has proven to be an effective educational medium for integrating local cultural values into elementary school learning.
