Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara variabel disiplin kerja motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Amartha Mikro Fintek. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif karena berkaitan dengan angka dan statistik untuk menguji variabel dan hipotesis. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 25, peneliti melakukan beberapa pengujian antara lain uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji koefisien determinasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 karyawan yang merupakan seluruh karyawan PT. Amartha Mikro Fintek, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah mengambil seluruh populasi karena jumlah populasi berjumlah dibawah 100. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa disiplin kerja secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.   This research aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence of the Workload and Work Stress variables on Turnover Intention among PT Amartha Mikro Fintek Head Office Employees. This type of research is quantitative research because it deals with numbers and statistics to test variables and hypotheses. Data processing used the SPSS version 25 program, researchers carried out several tests, including data quality tests consisting of: validity tests and reliability tests. Then the classical assumption test consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. Finally, hypothesis testing consists of: t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination test. The population in this study was 54 employees who were all Head Offices of PT Amartha Mikro Fintek. The sampling technique used saturated samples where all parts of the population were used as samples. The results of this research show that Work Load partially and significantly affects employee Turnover Intention. Job Stress has a partial and significant effect on employee Turnover Intention. Workload and Job Stress simultaneously influence employee Turnover Intention.
