Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan budaya organisasi guna meningkatkan profesionalitas kinerja pengurus Pimpinan Anak Cabang (PAC) GP Ansor Kecamatan Cermee, Kabupaten Bondowoso. Dalam kegiatan ini, penekanan diberikan pada tiga kegiatan utama, yaitu Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Dasar (PKD), Rapat Kerja (Raker), dan Rapat Bulanan. PKD sebagai kegiatan awal memberikan dasar-dasar kepemimpinan yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya organisasi seperti disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kebersamaan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat pemahaman pengurus mengenai pentingnya profesionalisme dalam menjalankan tugas kepengurusan serta meningkatkan keterampilan dasar dalam manajemen organisasi. kegiatan Raker dan Rapat Bulanan berfungsi untuk memperkuat manajemen organisasi melalui perencanaan, evaluasi, dan koordinasi yang lebih terstruktur. Dalam Raker, pengurus menyusun rencana kerja dan strategi jangka panjang yang lebih efektif, sementara Rapat Bulanan menjadi sarana evaluasi untuk memantau perkembangan program yang telah dilaksanakan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan pengurus dalam merencanakan, mengorganisasi, serta mengevaluasi program dengan lebih profesional. Selain itu, rapat-rapat tersebut juga mendorong kolaborasi antar pengurus, yang memperkuat sinergi. PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi budaya organisasi yang kuat melalui PKD, Raker, dan Rapat Bulanan dapat meningkatkan profesionalitas pengurus PAC GP Ansor Kecamatan Cermee. Melalui pelatihan dan evaluasi rutin, pengurus tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan manajerial dan kepemimpinan, tetapi juga memperkuat disiplin dan akuntabilitas dalam pelaksanaan tugas. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berperan penting dalam menciptakan pengurus yang lebih kompeten, terorganisir, dan siap memberikan kontribusi maksimal bagi kemajuan organisasi dan masyarakat di Kecamatan Cermee. Abstract

This study aims to determine the completeness of social studies learning outcomes of grade IV students of SD Negeri 47 Lubuklinggau after applying the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Learning Model Assisted by Media Spinning Wheel. This type of research is quantitative research. With a research sample of 25 students in grade IVB of SD Negeri 47 Lubuklinggau. The data collection techniques used in this study are tests, observations, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study are to determine the standard and mean deviation, normality test (Chi squared) and hypothesis test (t-test). The result of this study is that in the post test hypothesis calculation can be obtained tcount = 1.842 and ttable = 1.711. The tester's criterion is that if the tcount ≥ ttabul, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. If the tcount ≤ the table, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Based on the calculation of the hypothesis test above, it was obtained that the tcount of ≥ ttable (1,842 ≥ 1,711) was rejected and Ha was accepted. In other words, the hypothesis proposed in this study can be accepted as true, meaning "The learning outcomes of grade V students in the learning of IPAS SD Negeri 47 Lubuklinggau after the implementation of the CTL learning model assisted by Media Spinning Wheel are significantly complete.

Abstract

Aims: This study was aimed to Supit Urang Landfill in Malang, East Java, Indonesia, urgently needs a smart waste management system because it is strategically important as a large landfill with a monthly operating capacity of 4.560 trucks. Landfill management is very challenging due to some cases, such as overcapacity, inefficient waste sorting, and environmental risks. Methodology and results: The research introduced an integration of Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the waste management system to support the principles of a circular economy. IoT was applied for real time monitoring of waste conditions, while AI was utilized for big data analytics, enabling predictions, decision-making support, and policy recommendations. The results demonstrated that the proposed system improves efficiency and cost-effectiveness by reducing the amount of waste disposed of in the landfill and optimizing the waste sorting and recycling process. Conclusion, significance and impact study: The study concludes that the transformation toward a sustainable waste management model is urgently needed and can be achieved through AIoT integration. This innovation supports circular economy practices by enhancing waste reduction, reuse, and recycling. The successful implementation at Supit Urang could serve as a scalable model for other landfills across Indonesia, thereby contributing to national strategies for sustainable waste management. This technological intervention not only improves environmental outcomes by reducing pollution and conserving resources but also fosters economic development through efficient resource utilization and job creation in the recycling and waste processing sectors.
